Interesting concept and would be cool to play the game in this fashion,It was nice how the camera was panned through the video to give some perception of the level during game play.Nice smb2 music during the credits! ;>)

I AM A HUGE SHMUP FAN AND TO SEE THIS RELEASED ON THE HORRIBLE DSI-WARE JUST MAKES ME WANNA CHOKE! Why is this game not coming to the wii? Why it might turn out to not be one of the better shooters i would still prefer this on the wii console over some kiddie handheld anyday.Can you say 52 inch lcd! or tiny liitle eye straining screen. Ochuu o Kakeru Shoojyo Shooting deserves much better than a handheld.

Cannot wait! I agree with Egg miester,if you do not like castlevania games which are a true challenge then you should either go play some ea crap like madden or retire from video games and let the true hardcore gamers do their thing.

I like the retro graphical look and hopefully the gameplay will be solid! This will complete my castlevania collection when i download the japanese release tomorrow.I have all the castlevania games including the sharp x68000 version which was remade as chronicles on psx which was as dissapointing as the console it was on.

dsiware is as horrible as the dsi itself.Nintendo mostly releases crap anymore but this week looks pretty good for the wii.Dsi & psp = meh! as for the handhelds they are crap, i got a dsi and a psp go for free,lol and thats all they are worth.

I have the gba remake and it is horrible compared to the original nes version! the gameplay on gba version is terrible and the scratchy sound is no good,well maybe if you are walking up the street playing and the wind is blowing but i want to play the nes version from the comfort of my own home so i think i will slide my FF cart (complete) into my NES which im the original owner of and play,lol

Ds should stick with it's own games instead of trying to be it's older brother the wii. The ds is just a boring little device anyways,i guess mine can continue to collect dust.

Looks cool but just not something i would want to play due to size and weight,the size makes it a horrible design,i might as well put a screen in the side of my wii and play it the same.

Im on my first american 360 since 2006 and my first jap 360 elite since early 2008,my first wii from launch day and my first ps3 60 gb from launch day,and i have had 4 ps3 80gb's since they launched! i do alot of network play with my consoles.And how is it more reliable if it's not played as much as the other consoles that makes no sense? 360 has been the #1 consile for awhile now because they actually have games to play and an online service which nintendo nor sony could dream of touching,long live the vc!

I buy these for my 360! my wii is my retro console cause most of the disc games on wii stink,so long live the vc.

The funny thing is this,the 360 has had the number one spot for some time now blowing away the comp...if nintendo keeps letting all this spam and junk titles hit the wii then they might as well just shoot themselves in the foot.The wii is a great console with even greater possibilities then we have seen and noone steps up to the plate except a few! My wii gets more retro attention as 90% of the retail disc games are just trash and having bad online play does not help it's cause either.I could think of a few things that would really bring the wii to the front lines but nintendo has to lower that 25 year old iron fist and let the ideas come in.

Yes this game is still great today thank god i have my original mint in box so i can still enjoy this on my game boy player along with all the other original hardcore GB titles.

ONCE AGAIN IW SHOWS HOW INFERIOR THEY ARE TO TREYARCH AND OTHER DEVELOPERS WHO ACTUALLY RELEASE THEIR GAMES ON ALL CONSOLES AND NOT JUST SOME CONSOLES AND INFERIOR HANDHELDS NOT TO MENTION ACTUALLY SUPPORTING THEIR GAMES WITH DLC! LOL

Last resort,blazing star,zed blade,pulstar,twinkle star sprites,andro dunos,strikers 1945 plus,view point,alpha mission 2,ghost pilots,iron clad,aka brikinger but it's a very rare neo cd game! all shmups! and for all those who say metal slug...why would they release them if they were smart when metal slug anthology is on the wii? i have all these games on mvs except ironclad which i have on cd but to carry them all on my wii would be great.

Like i have stated time and time again! (NINTENDO RULES WITH AN IRON FIST) and has for 25 years and it is not gonna quit until it destroys them.I have been with nintendo when they were just a developer and got my first japanese famicom in 1982 imported with games,if anyone knows nintendo it's me.Their hard heads will be their undoing.

Handheld games are just usually so blah!! but mario is usually good no matter what and this looks good,but this game would have been so much better on the wii instead of the little kiddy ds crap.

The nes arkanoid is still the best followed by doh it again but after that really shaky! this looks like a rehash of do it again,but hey is that not how they rip us off? not me im too smart to re buy something i already have.

Graphically i have seen better in the nes day's but the gameplay looks to be solid or so i hope,maybe i'll give this a shot.

Im a club nintendo member,but do you just have to be a member or what,i just love the great details they post about getting this game in a horrible way! way to go nintendo just keep that iron fist of yours in motion cause it's only been 27 years.

I also have the pc version and while it's descent at best i've played better,wii ware version for me i don't know....console points are like gold these days!

Besides ninja gaiden and phelios two awesome classics! the rest is trash,people can have their garbadge dsi with it's crappy dsi-ware,im still trying to get some poor sap to buy my jap dsi which i've had long before it came here and it's region free,but it's still junk.

I already payed for my black jap wii,it ships to me upon release! Im sorry im a hardcore retro gamer and there are alot of jap games on vc that i want to play,so i also ordered a bulk of jap wii point cards with the system so im fueled and ready!!

Besides that is hardly the nes holy grail of collecting! i have the remade NWC cart and i was there at the event when i was a kid so to buy that cart for what? i couls take an old zelda cart and make my own with a reprint grey cart,im happy he owns it but he was ripped off big time!honestly that cart is not worth much it's just what people try to milk out of it like anything else.3 games on that cart that play seconds or a minute at best for 17,500 i don't think so!There are some ureleased and unliscensed games that were never released back in the day that are actually worth more than this and people would know if they did their homework,so this is hardly holy grail.

#4 futari is not even that great,i have an egret 2 cab as well with pink sweets aka ibara 2 and death smiles which i also have for my jap 360. Besides futari is coming for the jap 360 and i will pick that one up then for a way lower price of $70.

#215,good list especially the FF import games,2&3 sucked here i mean 2 here is actually 4 and 3 here is actually 6,so 2&3 are totally different games in japan and the originals not remakes of previous ff games but in english,and i would love to see those on the vc also like they deserve to be.They ripped us off on alot of games back in the day and gave us trash and they still do it,just like life force was pawned off as gradius 2 back in the day,life force is good but was not gradius 2.

Terrible review! he makes it sound like any FPS,LOL fps games are generally for fun not to be a golden experience.There are planty of games out there that really go a long way and are master piesced to be the best but to try and rate this game on that level like the review is written,just aweful.The conduit is a fun game as i know cause i own it and im glad i bought it,what could you ask for from such a small dev who is not even in house.But my advice learn more about the game industry before you try and write reviews or just learn instead of pretendidng cause that was extremly weak.

Cool but i will also say way too much,i do not see these selling for 55 bucks but 15-20 maybe.

This is not a port! it was made for two systems and later released for the genesis cd,and honestly i like the turbo better but there are fans of both consoles as like today...so dont judge what version is better,i like diff things about each one,like the music is great in the turbo version but the play control is way better in the sega version.

Thats all wrong,wonderboy 3 in this country was released on the sega master system and was called the dragon's trap and the tg-16 version was calles the dragons curse which i know cause i have the sega master cart and the turbo hucard! wonderboy 4 was monster lair and was released for the tg-16 cd and the sega cd here in the us. I will school anyone on wonderboy history.

This is a great game but not as good as star ocean! now chronna trigger....a game if you wanna call it that was just trying to show off the mode 7 on the snes at the time,so i have to say that it was a pos.

When maxis deved the sims it was a great game but then EA gets it and look what happens,it turns to trash....so once again EA IT'S IN THE TRASH!!

I want than ninja gaiden for turbo grafx to come to our vc! there is only two ways to play it in i6 bit that i know of and thats the turbo version which of right now is jap only or the ninja gaiden trilogy on the snes and i like the turbo version better,and then they can give us ninja gaiden on sega master which is a little different from it's nes snes turbo counterparts.

Hollenshead is right with nintendos not here for eveybody toaday as they give us what they want us to have and not what we want when we are the ones paying high prices for the games and periphrials.We should be glad mad world even saw the wii,but me and other gamers will make more of a life on our xbox 360's and our ps3's because nintendo chooses to control us and it's sad really.
