I understand why gamers have a sour taste every time EA is mentioned. EA has published a lot of amazing games over the years. Remember EA is publishing this game and not developing it. This game is near my B-day. I'm supporting it on day 1.
@Anti-Matter Ban Fortnite?? I'm not a big Fortnite fan and I don't like where the video game industry is heading, in terms of microtransactions and in-game currency. Banning a game beloved by millions because you feel like it's a noble act to save the children. I am against that idea.
@Vyacheslav333 Well Xbox just acquired Activision, so it won't happen immediately. I don't expect a COD game on a Nintendo platform till at least 2025. Activision was under Bobby Kotick's leadership, who chose not to put COD on the switch.
@Yalloo It's not about your self-interest. Nintendo is an entertainment company and now is the time to branch out into films, theme parks, hospitality, cruise ships, etc. Doug Bowser is not responsible for Nintendo's pivot to new businesses. All the decisions are coming from Japan.
