@0ohHeWrong I logged in just to see if anyone was complaining about this. 2 years! 2 years I have been waiting for this game and they have the audacity to apologize by sending a steam code. not a switch code. steam. as if I just have a gaming PC lying around. First Press games is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. Thank you Chained Echos.
Day one! I was a beta tester for the first game and just played through it again last year. Very happy to see this franchise grow. It looks so good now!
It sounds like a good many of you don't know what this game is so let me start by saying I am a HUGE monster hunter fan. Been playing since 3U and it's my go to game in any situation. I have played a few clones like God Eater but to me Wild Hearts is the best of them all. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME. I played about 400 hours on PS5 and was gutted when they stopped releasing content. Even after playing Monster Hunter Wilds (which actually lifts alot from wild hearts, sometimes worse than wild hearts) I still have an itch to play more Wild Hearts. I'm personally looking forward to getting this game again on switch 2 and taking my claw blade with me everywhere!
If you are into attack on titan and you thought Dual Blades were a comparison you haven't seen anything yet. The claw blade is AMAZING!
I think this is more fear mongering than anything. Sony as a corporation currently operates on razor thin margins, so much so that they have already ported games like MLB the Show and Lego Horizon to switch. The likelihood that Sony pulls the plug on Switch developers who make more money on Nintendo than they do on PS immediately following a large scale acquisition is relatively low imo. This more likely would have an effect on From Software titles which as of now don't frequently appear I switch anyways.
An increasing amount of Nintendo life reviews are docking points for graphics and performance as if we don't know we are playing games on a switch. Based on the demo, this game is on the better looking side of JRPGs on switch.
The Stills give me a much better feeling than the game footage. Hopefully the final product runs a bit more smoothly and the combat connects as fluidly as SF 3 Third strike
Does This mean that our holiday window game is Pokemon BDDP? seems like these enough room in the year for maybe one more direct with a surprise december? Bayonetta 3 maybe!?
@Ogbert i mean its not just obvious what a crank does in a video game, as opposed to a button. generally we know what buttons do, we just don't know their specific function in game.
My default idea for the crank is that its a power source and can be wound to charge the batteries.
Never played the first but this It looks cool. i think they lost me at the turn based combat though I was hoping for a kingdoms of Amalur type of experience with this aesthetic
I own all of the Mosou games on switch, and havent finished any of them. This Beautiful artstyle combined with NO PERFORMANCE COMPLAINTS (WOW!!!) means I will definitely be adding this to my collection.
@JR150 its a fun game in spurts as far as practice, most games do i just dont honestly find the payoff to be rewarding enough to put in the time. Most FTP multiplayer games struggle with making progression feel incentivized or meaningful and Ninjala (like spell break, and destruction all stars) is another one of those games. Every once in a while you will see a cosmetic or an emote that you like, but the game will never keep you engaged long enough to have your currency ready to buy it.
@SM3DASislit just was terribly repetitive, matchmaking was not great, cosmetics were expensive and lackluster. felt like it should have been the next Splatoon but the randomness of the combat just couldn't sell it it to me. I wanted to love it.
Nintendo is aware that strong IPs will sell and the attach rate with every console is proof positive that they dont need graphics, gimmicks, or services to moves games and consoles. From an industry standpoint besides a few small indie devs, no one stands to benefit from supporting gamepass besides Microsoft. It allows them to profit off 3rd parties and pretend to offer "value" to consumers while simultaneously avoiding the responsibility of producing 1st party IPs themselves. Smart on nintendo to reject that proposition
A surprising amount of cat centrism, but nonetheless a good looking bunch of colorful indie games. I look forward to giving Kitaria and Potion Permit a try in the near future.
I LITERALLY just got the Japanese version in the mail to complete my Musou collection :/ Do you think that there will be an English language patch to the Japanese version when this releases or should I return it??

Re: Review: Sonic X Shadow Generations (Switch) - A Blistering Return To Form For Both Hedgehogs
This reads like a 10/10 review. I don't understand how "challenged levels can be frustrating " is a critique.
