Why did nobody ever mention Pappy Van Poodle? Here's my hypothesis. What if, the people who found out about Van Poodle, didn't bother to report him because they thought HE WAS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE CHARACTERS IN THE GAME EVERYONE WOULD MEET AND DIDN'T REALIZE IT DIDN'T WORK LIKE THAT? In other words, word about Pappy Van Poodle may have never spread because no one thought it was a big deal. Food for thought, no?

How can Mr. Van Poodle be Rusty's mentor for nearly 20 human years if Rusty is only 8 human years old?
