I've always had this discussion with my sister:
Is Rayman flying with his ears or with his hair?
I was always telling her it was with his hair...

I have a feeling like superstars is going to be a real good one.
But seeing all these extra's it feels they're already compensating for something.
Also the amount of classic "unlockables and secrets" in games decline every year and just become paid dlc which is a pity.

The feature I wish they ported over from tour to deluxe would be unlockable nature of vehicles and characters instead of just "gathering coins". It really gives a reason to race with all of them.

For MarioKart 9, I would very much like the entire tour game as a console game with regular controls. Seeing that there's a lot of easy added value to be made using R, T, RT variations. With even double the possibilities if we'd introduce an M mirror-mode.

Why not add some European options to this list? There's loads of people from Europe reading this who might consider using your sponsored links.

It's so nice to see Kamek getting love after years of watching beta footage of MarioKart 64 as a kid, wondering if there's still a way to unlock him.

I wish I could pay to get them as unlockables in the game, and that I had to complete Mario karttour style achievement to unlock them (e.g. take out 10 karts in a banana-only race, etc ..)
Or finish 1st in custom cups with 3 random tracks and only 2 laps.

I would like to go and watch it, but my wife is about to give birth to my second son any day now.
Murphy's law dictates it's going to happen in the theater when the actual movie starts. So... I don't know if I'll ever see it in the theater sadly.

I wonder if they still would want to be credited if it was a trash port.

These fan projects blow my mind everytime. Growing up with flash fan videos on newgrounds, I never imagined something like this would be possible to do for one person as a hobby.

The fact they've added the custom items feature makes me very happy.
It shows they're still thinking of how to make the game better instead of just adding paid content.

I'm still hoping for a custom event cup mode where we can create a showdown just like MarioKart Tour (e.g. round 1: race, round 2 balloon battle, 3: the capture the shiney round and then another finale race, before we announce the winner)
Would be fun to create and share imho.

I actually just want "Reverse Mode" from MarioKart Tour to be announced as DLC in MarioKart 8 deluxe. (Not to be confused with mirror mode which already exists there)

...also custom cup creation, so you could have any Mii represent a custom cup

...and while we're at it: 4 player split screen for Kirby's dream buffet.

Maybe it will actually release now in Belgium and I don't have to spoof living in the Netherlands anymore.
Belgium has a very strict law against lootbox mechanisms and MarioKart isn't allowed to be released here, so I have to manually sideload the APK on every update.

Don't ban them, just label them and put them all in the same game constantly.
