I do hope they carry on with these demos, and try to ask other developers to add in their share. If it was not for these demo's, I would be passing off of the Bit Trip series.
Granted, I only have Beat, but if I want to get more then no doubt I will get the other two.
I am still skeptical about Rumble, I know I will enjoy the game, but the 1500 price point is still a bit much considering I am waiting for a few more WiiWare games to come out as well.
NyxQuest was another game I would had passed off if it was not for the demo service. Right now preoccupied with New Super Mario Bros Wii, but when the time I want another platformer comes around then no doubt I will grab this hidden gem.
This may be late, and not really about this specific entry, but I am almost convincing myself to get BEAT just from the demo. If I start enjoying that one, I might consider getting the others one or just skip to this new one.
If I want to try Wii demos, I'll gladly pay for a rental. WiiWare on the other hand, "YES PLEASE, OKAY THANK YOU."
I'll download all demos but one: World of Goo (already have the demo on Steam).
Now, this is my opinion with the Shopping Channel, that I noticed some are talking about it, is that I think they need to scrap the channel altogether and combine it with the Nintendo Channel.
As for the VC, how about Nintendo go with the idea that SSBB did with their "demos".
I just thought of this: I wonder if these WiiWare demos are going to skewer the top 20 WiiWare releases. XD
I would say Hulu should follow the bandwagon, but I am not sure if anyone is going to care once they start charging their users to watch videos in 2010.
I think the only problem with DS: E is the fact that no "hardcore" gamer is willing to spend 50.00 for a very short ON-RAIL SHOOTER. I felt the same way with House of the Dead: Overkill; the fact it was real short (and too much cussing) made that 50.00 price tag way too rich for my taste. At best, it was worth the rental.
That is what I think was the problem with DS:E, or that people rather get RE: DSC.
:Head desk: You really got to be kidding, 1000 points for Altered Beast? What a joke, but at least the WiiWare is far from a joke; a nice pleasant sight I may add. Been begging for a new WiiWare title, either something puzzle or something and Driift might be something I might go get.
Sounds like this one will be more winter centric, regardless of length and price I am getting this. I liked the first very much, and no doubt I'll get this one.
Incorrect, its that more casual people are spending games while hardcore are very picky individuals that can't seem to grasp to buying actual games when its in front of their faces.

Re: Japanese Virtual Console list - December 2009
I am just glad more Neo Geo games are going to be released.

Re: Nintendo Download: Karts, Blobs, Bits, Shops, Tournaments, PooYoos, Castles, Notebooks and More Plankton (US)
I just hope they can keep this up beyond 2010 instead of going dry spell on us.
Re: Nintendo Blocking Third Party Releases On Virtual Console?
@40
It would explain why we are still being denied the TMNT Arcade Games.
Re: Super Mario Kart Hits Virtual Console on Monday
SMK = No thanks (Got MKDS)
Pilotwings = No thanks (Got the 64 sequel)
SSB = No thanks (Got SSBB, and I am still burned out)
In short, nothing for me, but please release Castlevania Rebirth, k thx.
Even then, this can be taken with a grain of salt; why on Earth of all publications that NoA chose they picked Gamespot.
Re: Nintendo Download: 24-25 November 2009 (Japan)
I am just glad there are more Neo Geo games coming out, let alone a CD one.
But good god this is farking OVERKILL on the releases.

@Starwolf
Umm, look at the comment above me. XD

Re: Christmas Clix Coming to WiiWare
@17
Bah humbug?

Re: Review: UNO (WiiWare)
Maybe I should just get the iPod version; it'll cost me one less penny.
Re: Gaijin Games Releases BIT.TRIP BEAT Soundtrack and Sponsors Blip Festival 2009
Never played the games, a little too hectic for my taste, but I'll give a listen to the preview songs on iTunes.
Re: Iwata: WiiWare Demos Are Coming
I'd rather have WiiWare demos, so this is a good thing.
About farking time, Nintendo.
Re: Nintendo Download: Fights, Shooters, Sparkles, Vikings, Dragons, Carnivals, Escapes and Card Games (US)
Nothing like usual, but again kudos for releasing so many games.
Re: Excitebike: World Rally Coming To WiiWare
Can't say I am excited about it. ;/
But at least they didn't go to the lame route by announcing something like Castlevania: Rebirth. :rolleyes:
Re: Nintendo Download: Zombies, Ghosts, Monkeys, Axes, Royal Bluffs and Even More Sudoku (US)
Nothing, but at least the quantitative amount is good for once.
Re: Top 20 DSiWare Games in USA (23rd Oct)
Domo and Pinball shall rule the earth, or at least the DSi.
Re: Nintendo Download: 27-28 October 2009 (Japan)
Lovely, more reminders of how much NoA just plain out fails.
Re: Nintendo Download: Winds, Warriors, Dinosaurs and Domo-kun (US)
Lost Winds 2 most definitely!
Re: NVIDIA-Powered DS Successor Coming 2010?
I hope it is a successor, that is what I am waiting, not for some redesign with more features.
Re: Nintendo Download: Pinballs, Fights and Gravity
Nintendo of FAIL strikes again, but if I did had a DSi I would of instantly bought the Pinball game no matter.
Re: Sokomania Coming to DSiWare
Cinemax, interesting. Is this going to be filled with movies and softcore porn?
Re: Check Out Some Jet Set Radio Wii Concept Art
Even if people wanted JSR, no one would buy it anyway unless it was a 1st party title.
Re: Nintendo Download: Fantasies, Wars and Words (US)
Bland week is very bland.
Re: Review: Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 (Wii)
This was a disappointment from the last game, and I was fortunate enough to just rent it.
Re: Monster Hunter 3 May Be Feeless
I honest would rather pay for an online experience if it doesn't cost too much (7.50-10.00 per month) than having Nintendo handling the servers.
Re: Ubisoft: The DS Salad Days Are Over
And this is coming from a company that constantly spews shovelware.

Re: Rage of the Gladiator to Support Wii MotionPlus
Still no thanks, but I do like when developers take in suggestions from their fans even if the fans will not buy the game anyway. :rolleyes:
Re: Capcom Cordially Invites You To Decide The Next Versus Title
Capcom Vs Nintendo
Coming soon to Xbox 360 and PS3.
Re: Square Enix Prez Stares Into Crystal Ball; Sees New Wii in 2011
"Nintendo should wait and see if the world really ends in 2012, then they should release it afterwards as a celebration console"
Or something to pass the time with the Mayan Apocalypse.
Re: Nintendo Download: Cubes, Ninjas, Tennis, Strategy Games and Cameras (US)
Ugh, when I saw Ninja in the headlines; I thought it was Ninja Gaiden Arcade.
.Re: Starfox: To be, or not to be?
@odd69
Then the die-hards would say it's not a real Star Fox game, and will whine and cry for a new Star Fox game. (rolleyes)
Re: WiiWare & DSiWare London Event - WiiWare Coverage
I see... BUNNIES! (Refers to the last picture) >
Re: Top 20 WiiWare Games in USA (16th Sept)
@Charlie
Usually that emote is a sign of pure sarcasm.
Re: Nintendo Channel Gets An Update in North America
Alright Nintendo, good job, now combine the Shop Channel into this.
Re: My Zoo
This will be huge if there are fish in this game.
Re: Castlevania Comes to WiiWare
I still haven't bothered buying the other three Castlevania games, the first being the only one I bought.
Re: New Zelda Wii Trailer Rumored For October
One word: Disappointment.
Reason: RUMOR!
Even then, watch this is a launch game for the next Nintendo Console if we all went by the amount of delays that Twilight Princess had.
Re: Blogs: Rabbids Go Home Developer's Blog
I like them BUNNIES.
Re: The Wii Sports Resort Events That Didn't Make It
@Calculon
And for those that use Futurama avatars, let alone watch that cartoon, really has no taste.
We can both ways at this, but clearly that is a bit single-minded to say something like that.
Re: Data East Arcade Classics Coming to Wii
Does that mean we can save the president from Ninjas?
Re: Lead the Meerkats Lesson Two Trailer
Barney the Meerkat!
Re: LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias Announced
Sounds like this one will be more winter centric, regardless of length and price I am getting this. I liked the first very much, and no doubt I'll get this one.
Re: Gaijin Games Releases Teaser for New Game
Or maybe its not a Bit.Trip game. >.>
Re: Nintendo Download: Mr. Driller W, Texas Hold'em Poker and Oscar in Toyland (EU)
It probably didn't have Smash Bros. >.>
Which is very dull when you have Melee and especially with Brawl. Just PLAY those!

Re: Konami and Hudson To Build The Tower of Shadow On Wii
I don't know, seen the footage. It is an interesting idea, but it is an idea that really lacks substance.
