I am so Primed right now. I 100% all modes in Prime 4. Replayed Prime Remastered on Hard and missed 1 creature (doh!). Currently replaying Prime Echoes from wii trilogy collection on the Wii U on oled tv and it looks great was pleasantly surprised how good it looks!

Metroid Prime is a very singular experience and nothing quite like it out there and even though 4 isn’t the strongest of the set and is still a Prime game and i enjoyed it thoroughly. I do wish they had more bike race tracks to get collectibles. And it could use 1 more Dungeon. Hoping for some DLC or Prime 5 in less that 5 years!!

Agreed, I mentioned this in another thread and Hyrule field area is more on point like in ocarina of time. Now the question is where will all the Poes be hidden and in which direction do you have to be driving to make them appear?? 🤓

This should be a no brainer. Get primed for Prime 4 with Prime 2 and 3 Remasters!

Need to be careful throwing the ‘open world’ moniker around. This feels more like a open hub like Ocarina of Time where Samus has her own Epona to get around to designated areas. There has been no Official confirmation that this is open world. Looking forward to getting around with Epona…err…Viola?

Legend of Dragoon
Tsugunai: Atonement (i feel Expedition 33 defense is very close to this game)
Super Mario RPG

Hopefully Expedition 33 sells super well and someone picks up Penny Blood (spiritual successor to Shadow Hearts)!

Until they announce the release date for Metroid Prime 4 i am happy with Switch 1. I am really surprised it is not a Switch 2 day 1 Release?!

Played with my young daughter when first released and she loved Tatsu. Now she is graduating undergrad and we will both be playing this Definitive Edition! I am ready!

It was a bit claustrophobic but remains one of my favorites. Had a great blocking mechanic that filled up a meter to trigger special moves. But i think my favorite part was when i weakened people and siphoned their blood 5 feet away and how it grossed my wife out every time i did that 😏

They were all great and i have them all. Would be nice not to have to plug in different systems to play them all. Blood omen PS1, soul reaver Dreamcast, soul reaver 2 PS2, Blood omen 2 and defiance xbox. That takes some work 🤓

I am over the moon if this is true and coming to Switch! I would love to play these on the go. I will say that Blood Omen 2 is a guilty pleasure of mine. I pull out the og xbox and play it every few years and the way it connects Soul Reaver 1 and 2…this should be part of the set.

With the number of switches out in the wild it would hurt Metroid to just announce it for the new Switch. Like others have said it is not as big a seller as Zelda or Mario. Here is my hope. Announce Prime 4 for holiday this year take advantage of the current switch market and shadow drop Echoes. When the new switch arrives it should be forward compatible for those that buy on current Switch. This would net Nintendo the most sales.
