6 years?!?! Seriously? There have been Brooks boards out for at least 6 years that can already interface with all systems mentioned excluding GC/N64 which would simply require additional adapters, and Sanwa has been around for decades now..... Do yourself a favor save some money and build your own custom fight stick, far more rewarding.
They took away the Manuals, gave us cheaper cases, split the games up to sell parts individually as "DLC" all to save "Costs" then want to remove the entire physical component all together while raising the price? That's gonna be a hard No!
I got my Amiiqo shortly after the Switch was released a few years ago, I never got as much use out of it as I figured i might. Though I will say it worked wonderfully in AC allowing me to get my favorite villager Stitches!
@ladyquietbottom Technically it's not a feature in this title, there is no in game option to change the time and date, you simply change the Switches System Time/Date.
Remember the SNES Minis? When all those pre ordered the console and got in in time, then Amazon shafted them all and made them wait so they could take those consoles to those little Amazon surprise carts and sell them to random people instead? This issue with Amazon is nothing new.
@k8sMum Thank you for the Compliment, I will Take It! I'll tell you getting to the point in life when no one will bother carding you for alcohol gets a bit depressing you know? So let's go with you presumption today, and regardless of your age it's our love of Animal Crossing that brings us closer together.
Not sure as of Yet, I only roll the date once or twice a day that I actually play, and only roll a single day in advance at a time. Though In New horizons it appears that seashells keep reappearing throughout the day, and there are several other things to do, so probably less with this game than the previous titles.
I read it as the new update they are pushing out is whats fixing it so you cant time travel to holidays but I could be wrong, either way I don't have any console connected online and have no interest in doing so, So if thats the case that they want server side validation, I won't bother buying the Physical copy and just stick with the Rom. If however they decide to allow for holidays offline this will be the 1st title I only have to buy 1 copy of, all the others I purchased 2 to get all the fruits In this one you travel to random islands with Nook Air Miles and have the ability to collect them that way.
@Archius9 I have been time traveling without any problems noticed as of yet, I don't think I'm going to apply that patch though as that might cause issues.
Couldn't care less at this point, I have been playing the last 2 days, don't really care for the new Nook Miles system so much or the destructing tools as Nintendo has taken a Fancy to lately, but theres allot more work involved to achieve the basics, so It should be killing time in the quarantine!
Why has this even became a recurring topic, as if anyone really even cares? Whats so Special about Ubi, What percentage of SquareEnix's Sales make up Nintendo? Or Maybe 2k, or what about Epic Games, or even EA? I'm getting the feeling this is just low hanging fruit for filler.
This is extremely old News, this was discovered more than a Decade ago, about the time they discovered Nintendo had stolen Fluba & Loopy's NES Emulator for the GBA Carts, and put it in their own E-Reader.
Square Enix is Fickle as all get out, I wouldn't be surprised if the Switch Ver gets dropped along the Way. The Additional Content is probably just the DQ 1 code upon finishing. I'm not interested in waiting to see them cancel another promise, so I'm picking up a used PS4 for the release
