The English voice acting has been ok for me so far, too. Some of the side characters have been the strongest, surprisingly. The Falkes or whatever the southern House is in Glenbrook, their leader's voice acting is very good.
I think Benedict's voicing is one of the weakest, actually.
@Grumblevolcano
Can either drop the difficulty down to Easy, or, hit the battle simulations at the Encampment to rank up some of your lower level characters. Or do both.
Combine that with learning from your mistakes in previous attempts and implementing a different strategy, and you'll be sure to claim victory.
edit
Don't neglect upgrading your characters stats, either. And be sure to use your quietus point(s) each battle. Even one QP used to heal someone about to die can prove clutch in a hard fought battle.
Also, don't neglect equipping accessories. The scarf found in Ch. 4 exploration phase for example, I put that on Erador to ensure he always moves first, to get my slow tank out in the action ASAP.
Also, don't restart if you lose. You keep XP from battles lost, so that every time you try again you're stronger than the time before.

Also maybe it’s just me but magic feels legitimately powerful. Like not like it’s a type match up or a sparkly version of a sword…it feels like “uh oh, they have a bunch of mages!” or “bring it, I’ve got mages!” And I haven’t felt that way in a long time.
I just realized you can redo the mock battles to grind for materials and money…rubs hands together

It's a gorgeous physical release, too. Both outside and inside.
I'm importing the collector edition from the UK, but it'll be a while before it arrives here in the US. I can't wait to get my hands on it and see that steelbook, and put the box on display next to Octopath Traveler's CE.

@JaxonH The box art looks really good… but I think I like the My Nintendo one better, so I’ll probably print that out sometime… I probably won’t look at the box that much, but I don’t have much else to do with my Platinum Points. I live the art styles of this game, both the HD-2D thing, and the art on the character information pages and box art. I do absolutely love the inside of the box though, it’s amazing.
I think the last couple minutes of Chapter 4 had more plot development than the first 3 and a half chapters combined - so many assassinations… I’m genuinely shocked, I wasn’t remotely expecting any of that.
@BabyYoda71
True. But without the first 3 chapters setting the stage it wouldn't have had the same impact. It would have lost its oomph.
That's what makes this game so great (well, one of many reasons). They take the time needed to develop plot properly without rushing it. Soooo many games have a moment that's supposed to hit hard, but it falls soft because there wasn't proper development beforehand.
But if you think Chapter 4 hits hard, just wait. It gets even better with each passing chapter. You may remember Chapter 6 from the first demo, if you played it. At the time, it was good, but lacked that oomph from being thrown into the middle of the story. Now I'm experiencing these events again, but I'm super invested this time. It's almost like a whole new experience.

@JaxonH Yeah the first three chapters set the stage really well. Luckily, I didn’t play the original demo so I don’t know anything about what’s coming. I’m very excited to continue experiencing the story. As someone who only started playing RPGs a few months ago, I’ve chosen some brilliant ones to begin with,
Heigh Ho Heigh Ho. It’s off to work (from home) I go.
@JaxonH Agreed but honestly I have enjoyed the fact that Squeenix/artdink is taking feed back at all. But considering TS is essentially the spiritual successor to ogre battle (I hate that everyone compares it to FF Tactics but whatever) it’s a fine outing no matter what.

I think it's just more well known, and with Bravely Default kind of being modeled after old school Final Fantasy, it's only natural to compare Triangle Strategy with Final Fantasy Tactics. They're both grid based SRPGs from Square Enix, after all. But you're right about the Ogre comparison (though I'd say it's much closer to Ogre Tactics Let Us Cling Together than its predecessor).
And, we very well may be getting a FF Tactics Remaster (which I hope we do- I think some modernizations could do wonders for the playability of that game). At which point the contrasts will be made more evident.
We desperately needed this though. Of all the SRPGs out there, nothing really filled this particular niche. Fire Emblem is incredible but, it's taken a different path and has diverged ever more over the years. Which left a gaping hole (a triangle shaped hole, should I dare say? 🤔) nothing has been able to fill until now, with Triangle Strategy.

Holy crap Hughette is the real MVP. I wanted to hold off Avlora without damaging the town and she ran through my forces like butter. Except my Hawk riding archer. Defeated Avlora and 8 more units by hopping rooftops. And since the units kept putting their backs to the walls to avoid arrows I netted 115 kudos in one fight. Lol glad permadeath isn’t a thing but while everyone is laid up in the infirmary my MVP can take a load off. Whew that was a good fight. Also these folks need to stay away from alcohol.

I’m actually stressing about these path options and I don’t do that normally. I’m grinding to put off making a choice a little longer.

I just go where I want, choose what I'd really choose if I were actually there. There is no wrong choice, and the game is designed with New Game + in mind specifically to go back and make different choices the next time, the ones opposite of those you choose the first time.
You can't choose both. So no sense stressing over something you have no power to change. I wanted to go to Hyzante, not sure why, really. It just interested me more. So that's what I chose. I wanted to defend my friend, so that's what I chose. Etc etc.
You are Serenoa Wolffort. And as lord of one of the Three Great Houses, your comrades and allies depend on you to be decisive as a leader. Even if you feel it's not the best choice, commit to it and don't look back 😀

@BruceCM@JaxonH oh sorry guys, that wasn’t a complaint. More that I actually get nervous about outcomes because there are no good choices. And that’s a great reaction to have. I usually don’t do replays of games like this to keep that impact (at least not without so much distance that I don’t remember what happened) but I like that when Seranoa pulls out the scales I’m like, “%&€$!” Like dude flip a coin and don’t tell me! I’m just watching this!
I’m sure the game just does some variation of the same thing on the other side but for now I feel like my choices have weight and consequence. That has not really been a thing in the current “3 options with flavor, funnel to the same thing” that makes up AAA games. At least not to me.

No you're right. It really does have consequence.
There's a battle later where not only do you have a choice between submitting or fighting, but if you choose to fight, you then have alternate route recruits you can get if you somehow manage to win without relying on a certain crutch mechanic the battle gives you (since its a really hard battle). You are free to utilize that crutch, but there is advantage to overcoming without it.
The whole game is like that. Team Asano isn't playing around in Triangle Strategy.
