@Snatcher I feel the same way, it also feels satisfying once you get good at a class. Playing as Lifeline, reviving others in-game. I loved the buff they did where she can let someone heal, walk away and defend from nearby enemies. Just made a class I like playing as more fun to play as.

Also, playing Apex led me to play Titanfall 2 on PC, which had a great story about a pilot and his titan. Titanfall and Apex takes place in the same universe. I hope that gets ported to Switch, seriously an underrated game worth it for the single player story IMHO.

@Sunsy I'm maining octane at the moment. but ya this game is much better then other battle royals and if anyone who is all like, I don't play the game bc I don't like EA, EA dose not take much part in making the game most if not all of it is by respawn.

EA made me thinking twice to add more Expansion packs for The Sims 4 PS4 version.
The DLC are too many, not to mention the DLC that i strongly dislike are the Star Wars stuffs (Ew...Get away from me) and the Paranormal (too many supranatural things).
I wish there is another 3rd party developer want to make life sim games without tons of pricey DLC.

@Anti-Matter I think apex legends has just as much dlc as you would think from a free to play game, plus they let you earn all the characters for free if you just play every 24 levels or 23.

@Snatcher That's cool, I sometimes play as Bangalore or Mirage myself when I can't main Lifeline. Usually good to have another option in event your main gets taken.

That's fine, even though EA owns Respawn, they just know how to make a good game. If anything, Apex surprises me as I played for free over a year before I ever bought anything, which was the Lifeline Edition. This is also why I prefer cosmetic items to be microtransactions over loot boxes, buying them doesn't give an advantage and they're not required to play.

@Blooper987 Not part of my childhood, but I remember those Capri Sun ads. Usually saw them whenever I watched Jimmy Neutron (anyone remember that show?) and was reminded it as I gave a relative a pouch drink, one of those Honest ones.

Didn't play that game. Flash games use to be so much fun. Again, I was thinking about them the other day as I found some Sofia the First game on the Disney Now app, and thought "this presentation is giving me flash game vibes." I understand flash is gone, but some of those games use to be fun.

It's funny. I opened my profile page, and was looking through my list of Discussions. I noticed my discussion "Voice Chat on Fortnite (solution)" has 18K views, and 0 replies. XD Hilarious. How ironic, my thread with the highest number of views has zero replies. haha. I never intended to get replies, since the post is the solution, not a question, but it's comical how that panned out.

Adding to the list of things I never knew before moving to this literal wasteland:

Severe weather alerts for low air quality, extremely low humidity, high winds and fire warnings.

These are a thing. I logged on to Pokemon Go, got the severe weather warning and was very confused because it just looked sunny from my window, so I looked up the alert on the National Weather Service and it's the first time I've ever seen that.

Oh, and a high air pollution warning too. Lovely.

@Sunsy I still haven't gotten anything but I only been playing for like two weeks.

@Heavyarms55 air quality index is something measured across the country. Seeing low air quality warnings is quite normal across the country. Most of it is from combustion/fossil fuels, cars, trucks, power companies. Every city I've flown into in the past 20 years usually, if not always, has a visible layer, or streaks of thin brown pollution clouds, it's not smog, it has another name, but I forget it at the moment. It's from NO2? Nitrogen Dioxide.

Low air quality warnings happen in Michigan, Ohio, PA. So, it's not limited to AZ, or the south west. I think air quality can be more common during winter, when leaves aren't out.

@WoomyNNYes I didn't say it was limited to AZ. But this part of AZ is a literal wasteland. It's a dry, dead, barren nothing. It's a farming community that existed only because of modern pumping stations and irrigation using water brought in from several hundred miles away. The only plants here, aside from occasional cacti and things brought in from elsewhere are sparse, low growing shrub things that all look dead regardless... Nothing would exist here but dirt and the occasional snake and scorpion if humans hadn't intervened. I've not yet figured out why people decided to build a town here originally. I can't imagine living here without modern technology.

The humidity is about 3% and the air is super dusty. I should have listened to the warnings and stayed home. My walk ended up being fairly unpleasant. Sand in my eyes and my skin and nose already super dry.

@Snatcher That's fine, it is one of the few EA games where you're not forced to buy anything to play it. It's nice to see someone else who likes playing Apex.

@Anti-Matter I did my first battle, protecting another city in the game. I just replayed that yesterday to collect more of the materials I needed to upgrade my truck. So, I'm still not too far into the game.

Other than replaying the battle, I only talked to some citizens and started my first job, which I didn't finish, because by then it was too late in the evening, so I had to stop playing.

Still really liking the game, though. The battles are pretty entertaining and feel solid. And the game itself is one of the best looking 3DS games I've played so far.

@TheJGG Well, obviously, I would never have known that, seeing as I don't play any PlayStation games, as you will know by now.

@Heavyarms55 Completely agreed there. And the last point you made has an obvious explanation: people like/crave/follow/point to success stories, so forget about all those times that your puny attempts at complaining failed, and just keep remembering that one in a million time that you actually managed to get underneath a company's skin...

Anyway, apart from the polluted air, how have you been doing? I myself had some plans, for example to watch those anime movies that I had ordered online, but apparently, now that I have them all on Blu-ray and physically present in my home, the eagerness/rush to instantly watch them has kind of faded away, since I now know that I can watch them whenever and how many times I like. Perhaps this coming weekend, but probably not. But I am happy with the movies I chose to buy. No, really...

@ThanosReXXX If you want the best 3DS looking games just play Metroid Samus Return and Castlevania Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate.

Those are amazing looking games for the 3DS.

Just realized today is the Switch's 4th birthday, March 3. This is the first time I didn't notice the Switch release anniversary.
