@Eel I've always liked Guzzlord's design; as weird as some of the Ultra Beasts look, I like the change of pace from the norm.
I'm glad you had plenty for that raid I missed! I did manage to get in on one of your invites a little while ago, though unfortunately that group wasn't quite enough to down Kyogre. XD Darn remote raid penalties.
Don't worry about it; you and @HeavyArms55 are free to send me remote raid invites when you wish. I do appreciate them and try to respond if I'm not busy, not away from my phone, and have remote passes. Unfortunately I don't think the toast notifications always send out right away, so sometimes the invite expires before the game boots up.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet - The Indigo Disk, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@Eel Same here! I tried to earlier, but I didn't make it in time. Sorry. Sometimes it seems to lag with notifications for those and give it to me just a little bit too late. But I will, and feel free to invite me too, even if I'm not online.
@Tyranexx Same. Invite me if you want/can! I'll do the same for you!

@Heavyarms55@Tyranexx yeah I couldn't get a big enough group for that one, too bad! Kyogre is certainly a bit of a pain, even with 9 people in the previous one, he killed 9 of my pokemon. Sheesh. (and yeah guzzlord is quite cool, I also like its shiny form)
In other news, I had some luck cracking walnuts and ended up with some perfectly perfect shells. So I dug out the polymer clay from my drawer of lost interests and tried my luck at making something:
Needless to say, I now remember it burns quite easily.
@Zuljaras I’m not sure why but both times I’ve used this clay, it ends up with that burnt brown tinge to it. It could be the type of clay, I suppose, it’s literally the one and only bar of polymer clay I’ve ever had. It’s Sculpey III, apparently it’s meant to be translucent. I thought it was plain white 🤔
Also I kinda left it in the oven for almost 30 minutes 😬 at 15 it was still a bit soft.
@Snatcher I mean the brownish parts in the thinner turtles. My chonky blastoise took the heat a lot better.
@Snatcher I started 2 years ago with professional polymer clay. But I did it in long break intervals.
@Eel Polymer clay is kind of bendy when pulled out of the oven. When it cures it hardens (unless you use clay that is flexible after baking). The most important thing is to bake at the exact degrees AND keep the clay thin otherwise you have to keep it longer. BUT if you know your oven and bake at exactly 130C it will never burn.
One time I baked in older oven and the clay dissolved and there were thick green fumes. It was frightening
It is a good practice to use base body of tin foil and poke little hole in it after applying the clay so the hot air go out while baking otherwise the clay might break.
@Zuljaras I've done bits of sculpting with milliput but I prefer painting the models to making them so tend to buy sets.
I'm currently working through painting up the Power Ranger board game figures and have just completed the oversized MegaZord.
@Zuljaras I used to play a lot of table top wargames like Warhammer and was a Pressganger for Warmachine and Hordes (I got to visit game stores and set up demo games to teach new gamers the rules and get them into the hobby - basically a plastic crack dealer).
I dont play anymore due to time constraints but we still play boardgames in the house, I picked up Wildlands over the Christmas break and its a fantastic little skirmish game.
I also still paint the models sets that appeal to me as I find it relaxing.
@Snatcher I really only prefer to do fantasy or sci-fi stuff
@Mr-Fuggles777 I watched about that too. Those figures are 3d printed and they are gray and very detailed but they are mass produced. I want to make one of a kind things or at least close to it
@Zuljaras I totally get that, although I'm ot creative enough to make my own stuff so I'm stuck with painting other people's lol.
I will share some pics once I work out how to attach an image...
