@bimmy-lee I picked up Donut County while it was on sale earlier this week and spent a bit of time playing it earlier (maybe around 45 minutes) before eating lunch. It's definitely a quirky little game with its enjoyable moments, though one I wouldn't have grabbed at full price. I've heard the running time is pretty short.
I like off-the-wall games in general. I've been eyeing Katamari Damacy Reroll lately too.
@HobbitGamer From what I've heard, the shenanigans here are MUCH better than The Emoji Movie.
@ThanosReXXX It's nothing new, but when one's mind becomes entirely TOO creative, supplemented with the fact that one works a few weekends a year in a house of horrors....

@HobbitGamer - Haha, glad my assumption was correct, I liked it as well, though it’s definitely a sale price game. I don’t think I even had a Switch when NL first showed some screenshots, but I’ve wanted to play it since then. It hasn’t been a regular sale game (except for the last few weeks), so I put it off a while, but glad I played it.
@Tyranexx - Yeah, it’s pretty short, maybe two to three hours and three is pushing it. At 45 minutes, you pretty much know what to expect with the exception of the final level, which, as Hobbit mentioned, changes things up a bit. It’s more narrative drive than I anticipated, but I enjoyed it. I’m not sure I’ll go back for a second playthrough, but I’d enjoy sharing it with someone else and watching them play it.
@bimmy-lee I wasn't expecting it to be very narrative-driven outside of the opening few scenes and was pleasantly surprised to learn otherwise. While the plot has been fairly nonsensical so far, I wouldn't call it boring by any stretch of the imagination. The raccoon is innocent, I tell ya! He hasn't done anything wrong!

Did anyone else know that TheOnion has lots of satire articles regarding gaming, many related to Nintendo, Smash Bros, Nintendo Switch, etc. This was news to me. Pardon the pun.
@NintendoByNature - Watched it last weekend, I got it the old fashioned way on dvd through Netflix. I’d give it a solid B/B+, though I was hoping for an A based on what I had heard and read prior to seeing it. It’s definitely a horror movie, and there are some brutal deaths. It borrows veeeery generously from Superman, and your mileage may vary on some of the acting, though I thought the kid was good. Overall, I’d recommend it.
@Tyranexx - We both love animals, but even animal lovers agree that raccoons and geese are total jerks. There’s just no way around it. Little jerks that hate us.
Help me, please !
My PSP Save data got corrupted when i turned on my PSP and inserted my PSP UMD inside.
It happened just now in the morning after i have played my PSP game for 2 hours yesterday.
What was going on?
I played on my PSP 3000 with firmware version 6.60, no jailbreak.
Btw, it just only occured on my PSP game Pop'n Music Portable when i inserted the UMD on the next day but not happened on my Secret Agent Clank
@Eel - They are super cute. Like tiny little tree bears. There’s one that lives in a hole in an oak tree right outside an upstairs window. They stretch and yawn when they first come out in the evening, it’s ridiculously adorable. Still jerks though.
@bimmy-lee They can definitely be jerks, though they both have the benefit of looking cute in many situations, particularly their pre-adult stages. Raccoons especially. Don't let it fool ya, though; they're intelligent, diabolical little schemers trying to rob your precious pets of all their food!

@Anti-Matter Random Save data corruption is something common for certain games. Just google if your specific game have been reported by other users for save data corruption.
Ah also the UMD has nothing to do with it. It is used for read-only. The save data is on your SD card. That is why I Love my DS and 3DS for their save data on the cartridge!
Also if you move a lot when playing and you save (or autosave) your UMD might move and cause the game to disconnect so to say. That might cause save data corruption as well.
@bimmy-lee looks pretty solid. And I think it's produced by the marvel movie guys( not marvel themselves). Good to know though,I might check it out tonight.
@Tyranexx - Yeah, they’re super smart, and they’re especially brilliant little thieves. My uncle is kind of a homesteader, Marty Stouffer type, and he tried to keep them as pets for years when I was young. It was madness. He could have encased them in carbonite, and they still would have gotten out to terrorize the chickens in their coup and eat an entire bag of dog food every night. I get along with my tree neighbors now that I have the perfect rock for my garbage can lid. My dog hates them down to his very core though. They’ve made him partially insane with rage and bloodlust since they moved in a couple years ago.
@NintendoByNature - That’s interesting, maybe some of the same writers or producers? You’ll know if you see it that it’s a very non Disney kinda flick. There’s one death scene in particular that’s kind of jaw dropping in its graphic nature.
@Tyranexx Try put the Katamari demo if you’re not quite sold. If you liked Donut County but felt like it was missing excitement and snappy music, you’ll definitely enjoy Katamari. It offers more game time, too.

@ThanosReXXX - No doubt. The city raccoons are the ones that worry me. They lack the appropriate level of fear, which leads to weird encounters. Once, when I lived in the upstairs of an old house in a fairly busy downtown, I could see all kinds of them coming and going from a storm drain across the street at any given time, day or night. It was not right. They were legion down there. I never parked anywhere near that drain. I was always afraid some kind of rabies plague was going to come crawling out of it.
@NintendoByNature - I didn’t realize he was involved. I like the Guardians movies for sure, but Slither is his masterpiece in my opinion. I think you’ve mentioned it here before. It’s an all timer in my book.
