Impossible?

We reported last month that Wii U eShop title Cloudberry Kingdom wouldn't be available for download in the Wii U's launch month in Europe and North America.

Developer Pwnee Studios has confirmed that the game - apparently set to be the Wii U's most insanely difficult download title - is now set for a March 2013 release; a specific release date within that month wasn't divulged, however. We can wait another couple of months for it, right?

To tide us over, Pwnee Studios teased:

In the meantime we are already under way developing a new game! No title yet, but concept art and game-play is being designed as we speak, and we will be launching a Kickstarter campaign very soon to help fund our development.

EDIT: Ammar from Tigar Hare Studios has gotten in touch to clarify the above comment. The new game being co-developed between Pwnee and Tigar Hare, and is actually being designed and produced by Tigar Hare Studios. Pwnee will be assisting with upgrades to the game engine depending on the gameplay.

We look forward to hearing more about both games in the near future. In the meantime, be sure to check out our exclusive interview with Pwnee Studios.
