There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
Although you can find them on the others, if you're really looking for those, you'd get a Wii. The Wii library has MANY failings and strengths in it, just like the Xbox 360 and PS3. None of the systems can cover all of the demographics.

just ignore me and move on, i just say random non-sensical things because i have no actual concrete opinions, only vague ideas

i don't know what direct role they have in the games released for their systems, but looking at their systems themselves you could say that microsoft and sony don't have an interesting outlook on games in general. they know who they're marketing to and what will sell to them, and they're happy to stay on that path. that seems to apply to consoles and games alike; the call of duty, fear, gears of war, ect. type games are all selling well, so why bother with anything else? if you own an HD system and the super-realistic 'hardcore' shooters don't appeal to you, you'll probably have just a lonely few games sitting on the shelf.
nintendo seems to encourage developers to innovate and do unexpected things more often, since they believe the way to sell a game is to make it interesting and fun. the wii practically begs developers to experiment and come up with new ways of playing games; we unfortunately haven't seen enough of it since 3rd party developers are backing away from the system, but there's still a pretty diverse selection of great wii games so far; metroid, zelda, various marios/mariokart, muramasa, world of goo, cave story (and the ports like resident evil 4 and okami if you count them), not to mention the best year for wii games has barely begun yet. i'd much rather play on an underpowered system with a lineup like that than an all powerful HD system with endless variations of a single game.
Creativety and originality has been something the industry has been struggling with for quite awhile now. Sometimes creativity can be subjective though, as I can count the amount of truly mindblowing games on all consoles on one hand practically.
Microsoft did have the rather cool Viva Pinata series, but I think the sales have been continually disappointing them.
Well there's LittleBitPlanet, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, and Viva Pinata for starters. The former two are masterpieces.
Yay! Someone else appreciates the brilliance of Nuts & Bolts!

And yes, Spyro and Crash are not good games.
They were on the PS1.
There's actually more of these kinds of games than you think. Sure, they may be lacking a bit at retail, but download services like PSN and XBLA are jam-packed with 'em. I mean just look at games like 'Splosion Man, Fat Princess, Braid, and Shatter, just to name a few. These games are extremely creative, fun, lighthearted (well, mostly), and original. You're just not looking at the big picture. And if you ask me the Wii could use some more titles like those too.
