I know, I have played it through once allready. I just think that the final boss is too easy.

I have collected every stray bead apart from the one where you have to race Kai in Yoshpet, i just cannot do it and it frustrates me that much i can only attempt it 2 times max per month without going insane, and i refuse to complete the final part of the game on the Ark of Yamoto without getting this bead.

Apart from that it is a excellent game and it is a shame it didn't get the wider recognition that it deserved.

all around good game, the fight with rao (really ninetails, but rao is the name in the US release) was epic, and with hand yami, i loved the reflectors, and rosaries as sub weapons

another thing--is it just me or would ammy make an exellent smash bros. character?

Seriously, that was probably the worst freaking bead ever. It's more chance than anything else, to be honest... don't give up! It took me days to win that freaking race. DDD:

I'm stuck at a minigame too (a hole/cave in the snowy part where you have to hit the block-guy in 8 random spots every time).
It keeps me from progressing and beating the game. It is really aaaarrrghhh!!

Aggh, i remember that, the only way i could beat it was to film it on my camera phone and watch it back, unless you are extremely lucky or your the rain man that is the only way.

I love Issun. I find his sexual jokes and comments funny because they don't go overboard like other things (cough*Family Guy*cough)

I never collected every stray bead cause side-questin' isn't my thing, but I love the amount of side stuff you can do. Really, if any game deserves a 10, it's this.

To get past that final Block guard I drew a 8x8 or 16x16 (I forget) grid, because each point falls into a square on that grid, and drew the points carefully and quickly. Worked 2nd time. But man, I don't know anyone who's completed that without cheating.

Yes, I've done that. Cheating the sequence, writing it down on a grid with Home-menu pausing.
But even so, tried it many hours. I was also confident in having hit the right spots at least 4 times!!!!
FOUR TIMES!!!!! But the game wouldn't recognize it!! After much frustration I left the game unbeaten.

It sits on my shelf since, and everytime I think of going back to beat it, I know there's this Block guard trying to mess me up,
hating me, not allowing me to progress even if I cheat and do everything right.

Hmm.. but Zack&Wiki is bad and forgettable and Okami is great, so yeh, taking it back.

At least its relieving to hear he's the FINAL block guard.
