Yawn .
My Wii collection has 19 games Plus i never sold any games whatsoever plus genrally the price of videogames here in Australia are overpriced .
Corbies the one to look at if you want to see a massive videogame collection .

SATSR was boring. No plot development whatsoever and the "Lost Prologue" thing was annoying.

NOTE: I still have all my older consoles, which work perfectly. I also have the Sega Genesis Collection, so I don't need Genesis games.

I have 16 Wii games, about 10 WiiWare games and 10 VC games and I don't really regret getting any of them to the point of selling them. And don't get me started on games I have in their original cartridges on old consoles... when the SNES was at its end of its life you could pick up ex-rentals for $10 each when some of the major sellers (Toy Stores mostly back then) were still charging $70-80 for new copies. So I quite literally have a box full of SNES games.

The prices for games still suck here but I don't think they are as bad as they used to be. At least now we have EB Games, Gametraders and GAME all competing against the major stores like Target and the electronics retailers like Dick Smiths and JBHiFi. On top of that the Toy Stores who used to have a monopoly on this have given up because nobody really kept buying games there when the the dudes at EB knew what they were talking about, JBHiFi cost half as much and Gametraders had games all the way back to 1979 and a nice selection of relatively random imports.

Read somewhere that your "gamescollection" is soon to be implemented in the user profile?

I've sold quite a few of my low replay value games. I have 40 at the moment, but I used to have just over 55 in the mad days. That's excluding VC and wiiware.

Wiiware is about 25 to 30 and VC is around between 12-15. Estimations.

Note: I sold the vast majority of my older console games (as well as the consoles themsleves) to fund my wii and ds games! I only have about five NGC and 5 PS2 games left now. No SNES or Gameboy games at all now other than what's on my VC .

BTW, what's Crash of the Titans like?

NiGHTS Journey of Dreams
Battle of the Bands
Elebits
Naked Brothers Band The Video Game (Got for $7 including a microphone)
Guitar Hero Aerosmith

And I'm guessing I have about 10 WiiWare games, and about 6 VC games.

Could be for the same reason there are sites like last.fm. People like to talk about what they have, people like to see what other people have and people like to give/hear advice based on what they/others have.

For instance you could look at some dudes list of games and say "oh, I see you like ____. They are good but you should also try ____"

Well I'm from Australia as well as you perfectly discribe the current Australian right down to GameTraders Retro back catalog & Random imports.
In fact I liked gametraders random imports as I own some of themexamples include.
Final Fantasy V & VI.
Legacy of Ys Book

But as for price Australians still on average paying $20 more for games & for games that I own on all my systems I own nearly 100 games maybe even a touch over.

Sean_Aaron

I would suggest using something like backloggery; there's also a thread where you can list your username so other users can view your lists and what games you've completed.

Great stuff!

I tried the backloggery thing, but I've played too many games that I never finished.
