If you want to unlock stuff, play on Easy first. (or do so if you're new to the game/Monopoly) But yeah, have fun...just know that you HAVE to play as your Mii if you're gonna tackle the Tours.

Buy personalities from the shop to increase your chances of your Out To Lunch winning.
Luck is your roles, it's up to you to decide what to do about it. Take stand, and opportunity... YOU ARE MACH RIDER!!!

Btw you need to beat BOTH Easy and Standard to unlock everything. I am taking a break (playing DQ9) but I will continue with Easy when I am done. I really want Edrick's Armor.

How do you tell exactly what the personalities do? I ean...I just feel like it would be a waste of time since this is based on luck...but...ugh. xD

Let me let you in on a secret, the AI's luck is higher then yours. If you really wanna base this on luck buy Personalities that is Lucky.

Yeah I kinda figured...I'm in last place again...lol.
I'll probably just do the Personality thing next time if I don't win, can't really tell...but I just put one of my shops on major steroids. xD

Really enjoying this game so far.
It's a shame to hear that I'm gonna have to play through the whole game on Easy to unlock everything as I tried out easy mode earlier and it's really not as fun as the Standard rules.

Had the closest game ever just before.
One of the computer players got really lucky right near the end and it ended with a race to the bank with them rolling a one when they needed a two and falling one space short of victory.

The computer definitely gets way more luck, but if you make the right moves they're usually not that hard to beat.

You need to beat both to get everything. I have gold on 100% of the Standard mode, and I only have half the unlockables, though if you mean all the characters and stages yeah you can do it on either Easy or Standard.

I'm going to cry when this game sells more than Rhythm Heaven and Xenoblade.

And why is that? This series is in the same obscurity league in the US as those.

Sure this version does. You saying you hate this game? You want Xenoblade to sell? Speak up son.

I'd rather not have the sequel to my favorite game of 2009 and the supposed best JRPG of this entire generation sell less than what is basically a Monopoly video game just because popular characters are in it.

I honestly don't care about this game outside of being sick of awesome games selling poorly on Wii just because they aren't heavily advertised sequels.

Well this is my favorite game of 2011. And this series goes way back into the Famicom days. Which did not feature Dragon Quest characters at the time.

I don't care about Xenoblade but I don't wish for it to have bad sales or anything (love Rythem Heaven). The only reason I tried this game out was because I herd good things from previews. Don't worry about sales, and enjoy your games.

Then again if Fortune Street didn't sell well, the chances of a sequel popping up on the 3DS over here are slim. Would love to have a portable version of this.

@Eureka Yes, a 3DS version would be amazing!
Would be such an awesome game to play while out and about.

And while in my personal opinion this doesn't even compare to the likes of Xenoblade which became one of my favourite games ever, but this is still a very awesome game and I would like to see it sell well as it deserves to and I would like to see more released over here.

Do you have to get first on every board to unlock everthing, or do you just have to reach the par ranking on every board? (I've reached the par ranking on every board in Standard mode including the special boards, I still have to do easy mode.)
