It seems to be going down in price, I found and bought it at Toys R Us tonight for $20. I read on another site that they were pricing that so I checked their website http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11965106 and found it for $20 so then I went to the store itself and its still marked at $49.99, but when the clerk checked it, it rang up at $20! Not sure if this is a temporary price or permanant though.

I'm a little late to the party (or maybe I'm just early...). :P

Anyhoo, I beat it quite a while ago, actually (like mid-December). Loved it to pieces, and got all of the hidden cages. :)
Might go for the time trials one day...

I feel like I'm the only one who's depressed about this game getting such a dramatic price drop. :(

Shame that a massive lack of sales probably caused it all...

mine came today. i've only had about 45 minutes to play it, but it feels like an old friend in new clothes, which to me is a good thing.

I've decided to wait on the Vita version coming on February 15th. But I can honestly say, that decision has proved to be a difficult task as the wait is killing me. :D

I played the PS3 demo, and to my surprise, it was actually extremely fun, so I'm waiting for the 3DS version. :3

I really wanna go get it for Wii but i've decided to sit and wait until the 3DS version is released. This game just seems like it would look really stellar in 3D!

i guess the only thing that bothers me is the size issue, like in kirby. i know it will be a wee bit larger for the 3ds, but i have played rayman on handhelds and the size was a consideration for me, at least.

Such a shame no one's buying it.
I guess Rayman never was exactly huge. People see Origins on the shelf and go....eh pass.
They don't know what they're missing. One of the best games of last year IMO.

i didnt get it. waiting on the 3ds release. i rarely play my ps3 or xbox360 and if i had to choose stereoscopic 3d over standard definition, the 3ds wins.

I think this game is very solid. It hasn't really blown me away, but I enjoy playing it. I don't like how it feels as if there is a roof on top of each level, a small thing but it irks me. I wish it were open. My TV makes the text nearly illegibly small and it is difficult to enjoy the beautiful graphics. And hopefully the later levels ramp up the difficulty.

You know on a Nintendo Console it doesn't really stand out that much, we had a good amount of platformers and handrawn graphics (Wario Land: Shake It). But I could see how it could on the other systems.

It's been fun in multiplayer but I can't seem to get THAT into it. But I am glad a good Rayman game did finally come out. Now people can shut up about the Rabbids taking over.

Kachou on!

@ Radixxs
That problem with things looking too small and hard to read text was my only gripe with the game.
I'm sure on a larger HD TV it looks much better.
The stages where you chase the treasure chests were really frantic and fun.
It gets addictive because you keep saying to yourself...I'll get it this time, I'll get it this time.
The game has a great sense of humor also. So wacky and silly.
I've never cared much about Rayman games until I played this one.
The whole 2-D platformer thing convinced me. I never get tired of games like this. I couldn't put it down.
