Where is Wii Fit U? wasn't this supposed to be released in the launch window that ends on March 31st. Their presentation of it was very weak, I had a feeling it was nowhere close to being ready... just a desperate attempt to show more games and then it will turn out like Luigi's Mansion and not come out for a long time.

Wii Fit U at E3 was one reason, in my view, why Nintendo's presentation was boring and lackluster.

But you make a good point, @SteveW. Where is this game? Surely it was important enough for Nintendo to waste our time with it cuz they gave us that presentation at last year's E3. >:[

Wow. You have nothing good to say about it, but you're still disappointed it's not here yet. Very odd.

Wii Sports U was shown, too, but also no mention of that. I'm sure these games will come in due time. Hopefully they're just taking their time with the games to make sure they're the best they can be and not rushing it's release simply because they already showed footage from it.

I have nothing bad to say about it, just the presentation of it, and that they used it as a tease when they probably knew that it really wasn't going to be released when expected. I'm sure I will love it when it finally comes out.

I don't think they knew it wasn't going to be released when expected. I'm sure at the time they were hoping it would be released as expected. But someone probably upended the tea table during development.

I suspect that they had barely even started on it or else we would have seen a better presentation of it. I'm not trying to say bad things about Nintendo but they have done this for years, just look at Luigi's Mansio for 3DS, they used it to make the lineup look better almost two years ago and it's just now coming out.

There have been playable demos at various events this year. Just like with Pikmin 3 (and The Wonderful 101?) I full expect to hear launch dates announced soon.

This is why Nintendo has to wait until shortly before release of a game to announce it. I remember back in the n64 days, it was normal to wait years for a game to come out. But nowadays, if people have to wait years, it's like they're bad guys for not finishing it sooner. You should know by now that Nintendo doesn't like to rush titles. If they need to delay a game in order to make the game the right way, then they don't even hesitate (unless it's already been delayed a number of times already, like what happens with Zelda games...). It's better to eventually be a good game than to be a bad game forever.

Y'know, I was just thinking of making a forum like this...

Do you truly look at things positively? For example, do you look at the glass like it's always full? (Half water, half air.) Or when someone "lets the cat out of the bag," do you think it's because the person felt sorry for the cat stuck in the bag? There is a positive side to almost everythin...

I'm looking forward to this a lot. I sold Wii Fit Plus before getting my Wii U and I miss my morning yoga!

I idiotically transferred my Miis. That basically meant that all my data was gone so I haven't used it since getting my U either.

When I did my save transfer it included my Wii Fit Plus data,so I'm hopeful that will be picked up and I can just continue on my path as before.

It included my data too. The problem was that I then transferred my Miis. Loading up Wii Fit Plus it tells me that the Miis associated with the save files have been deleted and asks me if I want to create a new file. Maybe Wii Fit U will access the old data and ask me if I want to associate it with a new Mii but I'm not getting my hopes up.

On, I see. I thought Wii Fit Plus was more clever than that and allowed you to change Miis. I would hope that Wii Fit U will have a data import feature that will prompt you to select whose data from the old file you want to import.

I also backed my old Miis up to a remote before the transfer so if I really wanted to I could put them back I suppose?
