Topic: tony hawk 5 wiiu?

You sound like alot of Wiiu owners always saying " I don't care if this game comes to the Wiiu! It sucks anyway!"

He didn't say it sucked. He just said he didn't care about it. Let me just give my two cents on this: I don't care about wether or not it comes on Wii U, but that's just because I don't care for skating games. I just never got into them, or skateboarding, for that matter.
I think it is a little ridiculous that @rob955 feels "gutted" because they aren't really inclined to release it. There's no particular reason why they absolutely HAVE to get it, so I don't understand the anger (besides, it's not like they're giving the type of bullsh*t excuse Ubisoft would.). Also, what is this vendetta that you and @HollywoodHogan have against Wii U owners!? Seriously, if you don't like the system, that's okay, but you don't have to be a troll to everyone who does! I don't go around trolling people who like something I hate!

Why is that ridiculous that I'm gutted about tony hawk 5 skipping wiiu!!!! And the skate games are doggeypoo,too serious and no fun! Also this is the only game I'm bothered about that's skipping wiiu!! I'm Nintendo through n through!!! I just like the pro skater games that's all. And yes I know its not the same people making the new one ,I couldn't give a loveyduve! I actually didn't mind the pro skater hd remake thing they did, was a bit buggy but enjoyable. But who cares if it was buggy Metallica were in it !!! m/

Honestly, just buy OlliOlli on the Eshop. It's better than any Tony Hawk game from the past...decade.

I second that, every is remembering the golden age of Tony Hawk games and not the last several turds that series has made.

I got away from the series right before it made the transition to suck, so I got lucky. Surprised more people (including myself) didn't see it coming when they were putting stuff from Jack*** into THUG 2.

That being said, if this game is somehow really good (which is doubtful for many reasons), I would be really happy. My interest in sports games died when series like this and SSX were no longer relevant.

If you look at the videos and screenshots, the graphics do not look too good...other than that, it could get a release later on, but with the lack of 3rd party support on the Wii U, it's not likely. As sad as it sounds, I usually buy two systems, one being nintendo and the second being sony, which is what I've done since the N64 days...it's a lot of money to put into, but all of the companies have their great exclusives. Other than that, I enjoy the Wii U for the nintendo-only games, and even though I loved playing the Tony Hawk games on Gamecube only, I just put it out of my head that 3rd parties don't support the Wii U. Enjoy the system, don't put down the games that are not coming out on it.

I am not putting down Tony Hawk because its not coming out on the Wii U. I am putting down Tony Hawk because they dragged the franchise through the mud and pooped on it with the two motion games to further mess up this once great franchise.

This looks terrible, unless this is a pre-alpha (only been worked on for a week) status of the game. Then this is heading for disaster!

Edit: My original picture I posted was in error from the Tony Hawk HD Remaster, however this current picture is from Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5. Oddly I did not have to change my original statement. This game still looks completely awful.

It's completely ridiculous to somehow put the burden of work on developers for that. They're the ones spending millions on something. They need to go with the minimum risk option.

You mean like the minimum risk of spending absurd amounts of money on marketing?
