Thanks, guys. I bought the Bonus Edition from EB Games today. Had to go to two stores since the first one had it sold out. I hope that it's a sign that the game is selling well.

Well, SEGA did make a Nascar game that one time. Nascar Arcade, to be exact. They may have made more than one Nascar game, but I wouldn't know. Nascars not my thing.

Not saying I agree with some Nascar driver being in the game, but there is a small videogame connection. Then theres the whole SEGA Racing-sponsored Nascar that she drives. Perhaps you could consider her car to be the SEGA character?

I myself use it as an opportunity to shoot everything I've got at her whenever shes in the race. A lot like how I used to treat Shadow on the original SEGA Racing.

Can you play this game with the pro controller in single player?

I haven't done it yet for single player, but I know it supports pro controllers.

Yes, you can use the Pro Controller in Singeplayer and it works quite well.

You'll have to add me @RYBlast and @Joshers so we can race sometime.

Must admit I'm pretty tempted to get this for christmas.

I have a question about this game. I've
never played the first game and I plan on
picking this up when I get a Wii U. Now, is
there a battle mode in here similar to
Mario Kart's battle mode?

@MrNiceGuy Yes - I haven't played it yet but it's one of the five party modes. There's two battle modes actually, one like MK/Crash Team Racing, the other where you keep racing a course until there's only one left standing. The second one is quite cool on the Carrier Course

I haven't got an update for the broken sections yet. Has anyone else??? This and Nintendo Land need fixed still for me.

Besides the broken parts, I still really enjoy both games though! Good stuff!

No update for me either, but I still enjoy the game as it is. I despise the Billy Hatcher track though, and unlocking characters is really hard

By the way, how did people say this game is too easy on Hard mode? Medium was s bit of a challange at times on GP...on same of the later GP's I could not get out of like, 3rd somehow when playing medium, and I really think I'm not half bad! Easy is too easy for me though, as I can completely kill the computer on easy. I dunno, anyway.

I beat all the races on hard for the first tour, but it seemed to get a whole lot harder after that especially with things like the traffic attack and the sprint challenges. I'm really digging the tracks in this game though, as they're much more diverse that the first game. Dragon Canyon, Rouge's Landing, Graffiti City, and Adder's Lair are probably my favorite so far.

I love this game BUT does anyone else have major problems in the online races it keeps switching the position im in from 2nd to 3rd for example and then when the race finishes will tell me i finished 6th and give me the points for 6th. It just seems I think to make certain characters not appear in your race so will say your 1st even though they are in front of you they are just not in your race.

I have had the launch patch and a day 3 patch for this game but neither fixed this major issue as it makes online useless.

YES! Me too!!!! I thought the other people found a way to cheat myself! haha.
I was Eggman, and I think they were Sonic and someone else. I killed them, then when I crossed the finish line, it counted down like 30 seconds and said I got third.

It wouldn't be so bad if it was happening rarely, but for me it seems to glitch every other race so is abit off putting as I love racing online, its still an amazing game but it wont last me until mario kart wii u comes out if this isn't fixed.

Yeah, and now that's staying on my record cause they didn't test this stuff out first.

Yeah I think the position during the race is a bug though. Said I was 1st and I knew for a fact I was 3rd or 4th and at the end I did come 3rd.

Overall I'm very much enjoy this game, I love the controls and music. I've not yet played enough to encounter any game breaking bugs but the framerate bothers me. It seems fine really until the 3rd lap were it seems to drop quite often in the same places it was fine in the previous two laps. Looking at youtube videos I don't see this issue in the X360 and PS3 versions. Has anyone else noticed this or played the version on other consoles that can comment?
