To be honest, I'm most looking forward to the new 3D Mario game, as I haven't played one all the way through in a long time. Smash Brothers, of course, is going to be awesome, especially in the internet age when you can just link up with people from around the world to play if your friends aren't around.
I can see 2 or 3 previously unknown games being announced and I think they are:
Retro Studios Project.
3rd Sonic title
Either a new IP, Nintendo IP revival, or another 2nd party collab.
I'm thinking we may get some "available right after this broadcast" eshop content. Which is perhaps why we only had one title this week. Maybe the N64 , GBA?
From Sakurai's Twitter thing, it sounds like Japan's Nintendo Direct will be quite a bit earlier than ours. I wish they were simultaneous, but I will listen to a language I don't comprehend whatsoever for an earlier glimpse of Smash.
It'll be at 10am for me. What better way to start the day! Plus I have that day off (in fact I scheduled it two weeks in advance) so I'll get to spend all of it conversing about the trailers, news, ect. announced.
