Oh yeah, that - perk & weapon balance - I agree with completely.
Raz might having thought I was BSing about my unl337-skills though - it's amazing the difference that being able to hear the game properly can make ... and possibly the wired-to-router connection I now have.
Oh yeah... and it was my first set of matches using the gamepad.
Tried to get the headset - a Triton AX720 - mic crankin' but nothing showed in the lobby that I was active.
@Razalom the FAL rocks, mate. Also found the best counter to the jocks with the n00b shotgun that Macca guy was using is the semi-auto pistol... or anything with distance... lol

This is the fun part @MadAussieBloke - figuring out how to counter the n00bish disco-moves and weapons. Unfortunately they still know the maps way better....
Hey guys! I have this game for my PC, but I am seriously considering getting it for the Wii U, as well. I've already done the campaign, so it would just be for online multiplayer. How is the community? I know the numbers are nowhere near the 360's (I should know... not exactly tons of people on the PC version either), but is it at least enough to get a few games every night?
If your thing is TDM then there is never an issue. Yes at this time the online community is like a new born infant with only max of 3500 online.
Getting games of Domination takes a little waiting (not long) and kill confirmed the same. Some other modes and hardcore and pretty much dead.
Now dont get me wrong I prefer playing the game on my Wii U compared to my PS3. It also looks better on the Wii U

Does anyone else find assault rifles obsolete in this game? The maps are all tiny. And they seriously need to make a kill confirmed for Nuketown 2025. That would be awesome.

If you thought assault rifles obsolete, what about sniper pistols.. er, sorry... rifles?
No way should they be able to be flounced around on maps such as Hijacked like a light-weight semi-automatic assault rifle and getting one-shot-kills regardless of what uberness perks are added...IMO... the weight and recoil alone should preclude any hip-fire and immediately post-movement accuracy. Rate of fire increases should see them kick like an AK-47.
But that's my rant... anyhoo....
Have yet to see Nuketown 2025 in the 'PAL' Wii U version otherwise it'd the the map of choice-pwnage over Hijacked in TDM by now...

Much like in MW3 the most fun you can possibly have is using the shield with the combat axe (Well, knife in MW3). Retreat when people start shooting your shield and when they bum rush you tag them with the axe.
