IMO, Smash Bros. beats Destiny, anyway. If I had to choose between a Wii U with a copy of Smash Bros, or an Xbox One/PS4 with a copy of Destiny, I'd choose the former. Halo is a more worthwhile game than Destiny, too, IMO, so I won't even bother with Destiny, and that's besides that I'll be getting both Master Chief Collection and Smash Bros. Destiny just loses in multple places, in my book.

He likes Donkey Kong? Huh i can never imagine Eminem liking any Nintendo character for some reason. But it would amaze if he said he liked Kirby more than anybody else.
The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Even with the big press play button in the middle of his face I knew he was going to say "you were the chosen one". Not sure what that has to do with Eminem, and not sure what it says about me, but either way it cant be good.
Ild be surprised if any successful musician, athlete, actor or reality celebrity didnt buy a Wii U. At some point you have enough cars, champagne and caviar, time to game.

I remember when Animal Crossing came out on the 3DS one of my favourite artists, Deerhoof, posted a screencap of their house in the game. Complete with all of the appropriate instruments and album art on the wall. Impossible to find it now because it was quite a while ago and they're pretty active on facebook. But still, relatively public figures supporting Nintendo is a thing. I think sometimes when you're stuck thinking about something within a little circle you forget how popular that thing really is.
Like being a relatively obsessive fan about a band or movie that is actually pretty popular. Getting used to the fact that you're the only one in your real-life circle of friends and family who talk about it. Then all of a sudden something big happens. A sequel to that movie, a new album from that artist or something else. Then you have to get used to the fact that there are ads on the TV, they play it on the radio, random people bring it up who don't know you're obsessed with it. Smash is one of those big things. So I'm not that surprised by this..... but I understand why you might be....
Like when Pokemon Diamond/Pearl came out and even though I knew Pokemon was big I forgot how big it was. Then was shocked when I walked into UNI the day after launch and that's all anyone was doing in the common room. It's that sort of thing. Just more socially acceptable for "adult gamers"

It's an inside joke?
