As E3 approaches I've looked at some of Nintendo's previous press conferences and it got me thinking of the games that I miss playing. Personally I think Starfox is on my list since we haven't gotten a new game in the series(other than remakes) and I am a fan of the series. Also I had played Custom Robo on the Gamecube with my friends and I am hoping that there will be more games in the future for the series.

Custom Robo would be nice, but Armored Core still exists, so I'm good.
Star Fox and F-Zero are the only major ones I can think of. Would be nice if Chibi Robo got a proper sequel, but then again I didn't play Park Patrol, so maybe that's worth a shot? Then there's Drill Dozer, but I'm not sure what more they could do there. Don't want to ruin a good thing.
Custom Robo, Chibi Robo, and I'd like if there were some more non-Rumble console Pokemon games.
I'd also love a sequel to Super Mario Sunshine, which is, by far, my favorite Mario game.
1. Metroid
2. Star Fox
3. Kirby Air Ride
4. Pokemon Snap
5. Ice Climber/Geist
The last 2 are because they deserve a second chance to be good. Honestly, I want Nintendo to make good new IPs forever. Wonderful 101, Xenoblade, Pushmo, 3 years in a row, 3 fantastic games, first 2 of which are GOTYC for those years I'd dare say. And X is technically a new IP, so just keep that up.
Metroid with Other M gameplay and Prime storytelling, a main series entry set after Fusion
F-Zero as an open world game where you can travel to different star systems, customize and tune-up your vehicle, join the races/Grand Prix as you want, and do cool side stuff both in and out of car as a bounty hunter
Star Fox with a major focus on story and characters, like Mass Effect with anthropomorphic animals and epic space battles
Sequel to Kid Icarus: Uprising, which should have been on Wii U in the first place
Punch Out with a more in-depth career mode
Returning IP on 3DS:
Re-imagining of Ice Climbers, much like Kid Icarus was updated for current gen with Uprising
Golden Sun
New IP:
Psychological horror IP
Western-styled RPG IP
More Mario Sports games, Basketball and Hockey are notably missing

@CanisWolfred Oh, what is Armored Core? Don't think I've heard of that.
IIRC, Custom Robo was pretty much Armored Core-lite. AC is a Mech sim featuring customizable giant robots. Whereas Custom Robo was more arena-based, the singleplayer of Armored Core tends to feature actual levels and missions, most of which require you build the right mech for the job. A lot of the fun of the game comes from tinkering with your mechs, and later ones have had a large focus on tactical multiplayer combat.
The series is mostly on playstation systems, though. If you have a PS2, PSP, or PS3, I highly recommend picking up Armored Core 3, The Last Raven, and especially Verdict Day if you can.
