I've got a few: I agree SUPERZELDAMAN! All the TWEWY music is awesome! My favorite though, has to be Three Minutes Clapping Also, I quite enjoyed Sonic 2's Ending Thme Lastly, I'm surprised Phoenix Wright never got any love! The Steel Samurai is awesome!

Has to be... Outrun. The original 8-bit computer versions came with an audio tape of the arcade soundtrack, shame the actual ports of the game sucked (C64 about the best...)
The Mario Kart 64 ending theme "Victory Lap", and the Rainbow Road theme. Chrono Trigger's main theme. The Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA) ending music. Also, a special mention to the Bubble Bobble theme song, just for being so unforgettable.

Outrunner, that Sonic music takes me back - beating robot Sonic and giant walking Robotnik with no rings was pretty stressful... I was lucky to get Sonic 2 a few days after release - great game, great music - Hidden Palace too, the mystery on the sound test!
Oh, I'm an idiot, how could I forget about Castlevania. There's so much awesomeness but I'll just list my top 3, Bloody Tears, Crusifix Held Close, and Iron Blue Intention.

Only in Vids, I've still got my original cart and a Megadrive (right next to the Wii!) - I think there was a way of accessing elements of Hidden Palace using action reply too... Either way, this was pre-Internet for most kids so the music in the sound test was a proper mystery at the time... Ahh, those were the days!
