Ooh, and then- Ooh! Strongbad's Cool Game for Attractive People: Season 1 (aka Season Only) is 75% off! I'll definitely be picking that up. I honestly don't know how I haven't yet...
I should get that for my wife, she loves Strongbad
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Same. Besides, I have no way of buying Steam games anymore.
You can purchase steam games through an app on your phone.
Apparently MGS V: Ground Zeroes is cheap on Steam, but it also has insane specs that my computer just can't run. And my PC plays new games like Wolfenstein: The New Order on high settings. :/ So, I'm getting a PS4. I need a machine to run Persona 5 on anyway.
And through steam's website lol
I don't have Paypal, a debit card, a credit card, or a nearby store that sells Steam cards...unless there's some way I can shove a 10 dollar bill into my phone, I'm out of options...

Visa gift card?

I've heard that it's actually very well optimized and people are able to play it with years-old machines. If you can run Wolfenstein on high, I really doubt you'll have issues with Ground Zeroes. But yeah, it also runs 1080p/60fps on PS4 so I don't mind getting it on that.
According to the specs listed for each game, I agree. If you can run wolfenstein, ground zeroes shouldn't be an issue.

No. I nearly lost $80 last time I went for one of those. Never again.
Ah, cool. It's weird. I just recently discovered that my PC doesn't technically meet the minimum specs required for Wolfenstein, either, yet my PC plays it on high settings with almost no stutter. I might pick up MGS V soon, in that case.

I've just been informed that if I go to my bank (which isn't easy to do, but I have to go there to get out some more cash to pay for the PS4 on Saturday), I can get one there with far less bullcrap involved than whatever I bought at CVS...
I put $50US in my Steam wallet a few days ago with the intent of spending no more than that amount on the sale. So far nothing has really caught my eye. I've only put a tiny chip in that $50US by getting GTA:Vice City today, for the nostalgia. I also kinda half-regret not getting Arkham Origins when it was $5 a couple of days ago but I'm a bit meh on it. Alien Isolation is the most tempting one that's up there ATM but I'm on the fence enough that it'll need to drop another $5 before I go for it. My backlog is just too big to buy anything that's not a real "must have" or is a really good deal.
So yeah, spent a good $1000 on a new PC this year and I'm playing Vice City on it. 2014 has been that sort of year for gaming I guess......

I just got Nidhogg to play with a friend while it was 75% off, and I got Alan Wake to tide me over while PSN is down since it was 90% and $2.99. Good winter sale.
Only games I intend to get are Ziggurat (thanks to a friend pointing it out) and maybe Freedom Planet. I liked the demo.....EDIT: Nevermind, I just got Ziggurat. Good purchase, too. It's super hard, though, unless you get the regeneration skill early on. Might have to tone down the difficulty until I get my bearings...
Just my 2 cents, but always keep an eye on Amazon. When Steam starts a sale, Amazon usually follows suit. Now, Don't starve retails for less than 4 bucks as well as Five Night's at Freddy's. They had battlefield 4 for 4 bucks like 2 days ago.
