Oh well. It's still apparently a 35 hour game without them. Plus it's not very attractive as a PS4 game but it's one of the best looking Vita games. So I'm happy with that version.
NES: World Cup
SNES: Super Mario Kart
N64: Goldeneye
Wii: Wii Sports (presumably)
3DS: Pokemon Y
Xbox: Halo
Xbox 360: Gears of War
PS3: Formula One game (title eludes me, played it in a shop)
PS4: Ratchet & Clank
Xbox One: Halo (again)
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
The visuals looked just like Bloodborne's and they said last month that one of the games they're working on is "the thing we'd probably expect", or something like that.
Also, the line in the tease was "shadows die twice". No idea what that means but twice obviously most likely means the 2nd something, hence Bloodborne 2.
I'm sure Vaati Vidya has already better evidence from that video though.
Blimey, I'd have called Horizon: Zero Dawn a strong contender for Game of the Year at TGA if not against the likes of Mario and Zelda...
...but the game hasn't won a single a single award. Quite disappointing, but I suppose it's a game that did a lot of things very well, but nothing exceptionally. Shame it didn't get some recognition.
Bloodborne 2 would be absolutely wonderful. I hope we can hear something about it at E3. Being in the theater next year for that reveal will be quite fun
If it wasn't Bloodborne 2, they're gonna get a lot of hate for making it look so much like it. The lighting, artstyle and font all look like Bloodborne. And the weard thing you see looked like one of Bloodborne's weird trick weapons.
Fextralife did a good youtube video comparing the info on each possibility:
Plenty of mention in all of the soulsborne games of other distant lands that exist in the same world. They could just set it somewhere else in the same world.
That's an absurd length for something like that. The Last of Us is about 15 hours for comparison. Only open world games and party-based RPGs should be that long.
I haven't looked into whether this is confirmed but between the footage I've seen of the game and the fact that it is a modern AAA game, the answer is clearly yes.
I really don't think it'll be open world. Looking at the footage we've seen so far, I'm thinking they're going for the same kinda structure as The Last of Us. So wide-linear, as some call it.
