Nah, it's probably a fake. The video looks unprofessional, the games on show are games we know, and the idea just seems unlikely. Not to menrion the video takes sound effects from other sources.

streaming could be a big thing in the future. valve is certainly already doing it and will do it even more in the future.
After watching the video, it's even more fake than I could have possibly imagined. It's just every boring fan list of the next console thrown at the screen unprofessionally.
My favorite part was the old sound clip of Iwata speaking in Japanese at the beginning, followed by a power point presentation entirely in English.
