I as at my local Target today and decide to check out the video game area. There was a guy at the counter with a deluxe Wii U in hand and was trying to return it cause it wouldn't read Blu Rays and the employee was trying to politely tell him that the Wii U doesnt use Blu rays. The customer kept yelling at the guy saying this his friend has had one for years now and it plays Blu Rays so he either needs to give him another Wii U that will play Blu Rays or his money back.
I just stood their shaking my head at the idiot.

I don't know if this is still the case, but when I lived in Japan 10 years ago, this question actually had an answer. the ATMs were all shut down after 10PM or something like that.
