Geez, this is tough. Both are about equal when it comes to the amount of games that have aged well. For me, it's between whether I choose multiplayer (N64) or RPGs (Playstation).
I think I'll go with N64 on this. My memories with Mario Kart 64 with friends are great, and its still in constant rotation whenever I've got some friends over.
