Call of Duty and Halo. Also, while I certainly enjoy Zelda games, I find them overrated by the game community personally. Also, I never thought the Metroid Prime games were that great. I've never played the other Metroids so I can't speak for those.

I'd honestly have to say Final Fantasy 7 and Chrono Trigger. They're the most puffed up piles of mediocrity the PSX and SNES had respectively. FF7 was pandered by a media brainwashing campaign by Sony and Square combined and got an entire generation sucked into mass market RPGs which have little substance, so-so story, and flashy audio/visuals to smoke screen the averageness of it all. CT on the other hand, not sure, I guess it's the huge time travel, multiple endings, diverse characters, or just the big audio/visual treat it was but again it while a decent title wasn't outright outstanding and the perfect example of what an RPG should be for that system either yet it gets all the blind love just like FF7 does.
Yes I picked 2 RPGs, no I don't hate the genre, but I do get annoyed at how much certain titles really get overkill suck ups to, and they're king which is easy to determine between the lame comments in gamefaqs character battles every few times a year to just random funk on google searches. :
