Let the games begin!

I downloaded the WiiWare game earlier this week and I've been playing this game quite a bit already.

I just took out the core and I'm about to escape the labyrinth.

Actually I almost finished the game back when it first came out on WiiWare. I just have the (insane) optional final levels to do. I think I'll do a Curly Story run if it's available.

Don't forget you can download an update for Cave Story on WiiWare to fix the music and some bugs.

I finished CS along time ago on the PC and recently on the DS, but only got the normal endings. Now I'm at the Hell Cave to try and get the True end. But without a Life pot, This stage is gonna give you something to worry about, though its not Contra hard. Its just that every time I fight the midboss and the true boss and almost beat them, I always get killed in close shots and then sent back to the start. Gonna have to focus this time.

EDIT: Ah- forgot to join the club, how embarrassing for me, will be joining shortly though.

I believe on my DSiWare profile I'm stuck on Final Cave (the best ending version). Can't wait to jump in and get my butt handed to me again

This game is one of my favorite games I've ever played, and I try to recommend it to everyone who likes video games since it's free. Everything about this game from the music, to the graphics and gameplay is perfect in my eyes.

I'll start a Normal file and try for the best ending for this session.

Yay! I'll start playing tonight (Wiiware version). I finished it on Easy once ('The End?' ending, and the longer one). How do you unlock the additional modes? Finish it on Normal difficulty?

Played for about 2 hours straight when I got home from Work. At the Sand Zone. This game rocks!

Cool I have to start this. I downloaded the free one for my pc. But I don't get to use the comp too often so not sure how I'll do.

I'm going to start I after I finish my homework today. I have excitement!

Hmmm...I just might have to play through this again, for the heck of it. My first time through I got the absolutely horrible ending, and then wised up and got the lowest of the real endings.

Second time through I managed to save somebody (intentionally not spoilering) and so I got the next best ending.

The absolute best ending, if I understand the conditions properly, will never, ever be mine. Haha. But I'm all for another playthrough just the same.

Got it on DSiWare. Moving this weekend, but I'm definitely going to start playing after this weekend. Super excited.

If you use the Knife it makes the fight much easier

Is it possible (any reason) not to switch guns with Curly?

Seeing how there are alot of people here who haven't beat Cave Story yet.
It Best to Keep Spoilers to a minimum.

I'll most likely just spend the month trying to get a really good time in the DSi version's 'Sanctuary Time Attack' mode, considering that will take at least 30 days and I've beaten the game four or five times in the last year.

Also, can someone tell me what this fourth ending is? Is it not attempting the Sanctuary, but still saving a certain someone? That's kind of what Chicken said, I think.
