i was just posting out of excitement more than anything - a tails suit is a major investment, and long process to get made - I didn't expect anyone to actually reply <<

@MetalMario - the reason it's so expensive is because you need to be properly measured by a genuine tailor for size, and then the tails itself takes a few weeks to make and ship (yes, ship, the best tailors for this kind of thing are in Japan, Italy or England - there's no good reason to go to anyone else).

Well, not really. Tails suit has no applications in day-to-day life any more. Tux works when going to evening functions. Tails don't. It's sportswear only.

I must admit, I've often wanted to go for a wander through the city in tails. The reaction would be classic.

It is also expensive to get a custom pocket to hold your DSi in. Just saying, if I was to get one I would pay extra for special pockets to hold my stuff.

Hmm if i had $3500 dollars to spend i'l probably bought several Wii and DS games and save the rest for future titles and good luck with your costume to bad Halloween's till next year otherwise you could have won costume contest if there are any in your area.

I shall refrain from any comment apart from the fact that no costume or suit of any sort is great unless it has a fedora hat. Or a trilby at a push. But not a homburg. Homburgs are the stupidest hats ever.

I think most people here (myself included) believe you had bought a cosplay costume.

I hope it came with white gloves, a cane and a top hat or I would feel ripped off. (monocle and pipe optional)

Then I'd say you're ready to walk around town! Hit the subways if you live near any to really liven the conversation. Tip: you may want to avoid high crime areas dressed like that, though.
