You guys are being ridiculous. If you actually WATCHED the show, you'd realize how good it is since it's made by people who worked on PowerPuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.

And it's: "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" not magic in friends :P

I never knew that, I'll give it a chance then.

What happens if you take My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and merge it with a great Starcraft 2 trailer?

I'm really happy that NL hasn't succumbed to the new MLP show, as indicated by half of the posts being re-quotes of Roopa's one-word answer. As for the show itself, I still have absolutely no idea how it's inanely popular on the internet. And don't try to convince me, because you won't.

Well, it's just really good. That tends to be how things get popular.

Bacon, RPG elements and cute girls, what more could you want?

People? As far as I know, the only person who worked on those shows and this one is Lauren Faust, wife of the creator of those shows and the creator of this one. :P

First of all, Lauren Faust was an important part of PPG and Foster's, she wasn't just "Craig's wife". >_> Second, her and ALL of the Foster team are working on My Little Pony.

I for one am happy that not only is this a damn good cartoon (that ANYONE can enjoy) but that it's an actual good show aimed at girls that isn't like the disgusting crap that Disney Channel churns out.

And missed the parts where I said "worked on both of those shows" and "as far as I know". :P

Did she ever work on Dexter's Laboratory? I swear these designs are strikingly similar to the Pony Puff's.

Sorry, the way I read what you said it sounded like you were writing her off as just the creator's wife and nothing more.

No, she didn't. She came on board with PPG and that's how she met Craig. :D

I thought so. Could only trace her back to season 3. :D

Maybe Craig made them? He and Genndy were both collaborators. Or maybe i'm just overanalyzing things. :P
