Mine are
1 Godzilla, King of the Monsters The original. Its fun and sets the stage for the rest.
2 Godzilla Vs Monster Zero the rare time the story was as fun as Godzilla showing up and fighting. Plus the villians were so evil. This was made around 1967.
3 Godzilla Vs The Smog Monster. I went as a little kid to see this at the theater and the scene where the Smog monster killed all the kids playing in the schoolyard is one of the most chilling scenes in the franchise.
This is just a kaiju film without Godzilla in it but made by Toho but special props to War of The Gargantuas my favorite giant monster movie made in Japan and not featuring Godzilla.
Ghidora, the Three Headed Monster. It was just so perfect. And the last one was a fun send off, especially with the American Zilla poser.
I love Ghidora. What a great villian. Also yeah I loved that less then a minute fight between Godzilla and the American poser. I cannot wait for the new Godzilla movie.
Just finished watching Ghidorah: the Three Headed Monster! It was corny as heck, but very fun
P.S.: May I suggest a title change to "General Godzilla Discussion", or "General Kaiju Discussion"? It might be able to give the thread more legs, and it'd be nice to have a place here to chat about the big guy.

As long as its a Godzilla in a rubber suit I am a happy man. I can't stand that reboot they did about 15 years ago. Godzilla didnt even look like Godzilla in that one.

As for the new Hollywood movie in development, while I'm very skeptical (looking at you '98), I'm optimistic as well.
I believe they're working with Toho closer than ever, so as long as it actually looks like Godzilla, and is just as (if not moreso) kick@butt as he's supposed to be, I wouldn't mind him being CGI (it also helps that today's CGI is infinitely better than that in 90's).
An actual big budget Godzilla, that gets him right, could be very fun.
The original will always be the best in my mind. I liked the reboot, too, in a silly B-Movie-with-a-AAA-budget kind of way...plus it led to a surprisingly decent TV series. Mechagodzilla was also a good one IIRC.
Mine is Godzilla vs Destroyah. I love the Heisei era of Godzilla movies. The old ones are cool (and a lot of times funny), but the 90's ones are the best in my eyes. I actually really liked Final Wars also. Its just nuts.

I watched Rodan last night! There was no Godzilla, but it was still neat seeing the introduction of one of his rivals/buddies.
Also, I know I've asked this before, but is there any chance of turning this into a General Godzilla/Kaiju Discussion thread? Seems like it would give it more legs.

Invasion of Astro Monster and Godzilla 2000, my top two favorites. Both have the spirit of what Godzilla is all about, with some alien visitors involved; serious but not too serious, and fun to watch.
I also appreciate what the original Gojira did and it still stands the test of time even to this day.
Godzilla Final Wars is a sick pleasure, consisting of just an orgy of monster fights and laughably bad human fight scenes.
