I liked the PS1 and PS2 startups. Quick and with a jingle. The Gamecube had a nice opening animation but it got old fast after seeing it every single time I put in a game.
Gamecube GBA Playstation (I always get a warm fuzzy feeling whenever I hear that chime and that PS1 logo) Xbox 360 Genesis (I like how all the games have their own version of the Sega logo)
The Dreamcast startup would be good if it weren't for the insanely loud GD-ROM drive.
I'm going to have to say the N64. While it doesn't really have a startup screen a bunch of games had the N logo with different things going on ie. Conker cutting it with a chainsaw, Diddy Kong fly by, Banjo Kazooie dragonfly crashing into it. The Playstation one is the most nostalgic for me of the true boot up screens though it's not the best. The Xbox one is actually pretty ugly. The 3D render was pretty low quality even when it was new.
I'm going to vote this one as well, the iconic music and spinning cube are pretty groovy. It was also because it was the first game console I ever bought for myself (well, other than my original Gameboy).
Does the Wii even have one? I think nintendo should add in the one in commercials with a system update. If you've never seen one, it's where the two "i"s bend over and make a squishy noise.
