So EA is trying to shove the "so-called" gay rights propeganda down everyones throat now. Another reason I'll never give them a dime of my money.

Wow. EA makes a statement towards the LGBT community and suddenly, they're the best company evar.

Next week, Capcom comes out in support of the Aborigines of Australia and Activision formally endorses the Basque state.

Is there some reason you can't accept a good initiative for what it is, regardless of your feelings towards EA?

I do accept the initiative. I said as much earlier in the thread.

Scratch that. I positively support the initiative.

No one's praising EA here. We're just acknowledging a kind service.

Step 1 Get rid of all homosexuality in games.
Step 2 Get rid of all heterosexuality in games
Step 3 Make games that focus on more enthralling conflicts and story then sexuality.
Step 4 Profit

That's an awful idea.

I was only joking in that it would make that much difference in the game development.

Brilliant. Lets get rid of love to while we're at it. Heck, lets get rid of different relations altogether, because they are obviously in the way for great story telling.

This announcement came right after their microtransaction stunt, so obviously they're just trying to distract us from the important things.

LGBT rights?? I mean wow who even cares about that

They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

Good news!

I hope they're successful. If it is, then hopefully gay marriage will be legal in both the US and the UK as the UK government are trying to get it legalised recently.

To be fair, there are probably several games that would be greatly improved by this advice. I'm more surprised at the idea that most games look at sexuality that much for that to make a difference in any real way.
