I'm re-reading Train Man. Its a very interesting approach to a novel, and a engrossing read. I recommend it to just about anyone 13+.

I'm reading NIGHT by Elie Wiesel currently, for a school project. Next up: Crocodile Tears, the eighth book in the Alex Rider series, which is coming out on November 12th. Tell me I'm not the only one who loves Alex Rider!
I occasionally read books but I haven't read anything for awhile, been busy doing some other stuff. Last book I read was Ian Fleming's For Your Eyes Only Short Story collection (I'm a Bond fan). I'm not too sure what I'll read next though, maybe this...

I was considering looking into this, having heard about the series recently but I wanted to hear some impressions first. Glad to hear it's good.
I really wanted to read The Sky Crawlers novels as well, after watching the film (Which I loved). It's a real shame that (As far as I know), they haven't been released in English yet
Currently reading Walden by Henry David Thoreau. It was wrote about 1850 and is a true account of a guy going off to live off the land in America. He builds his own house and grows all his own food etc all the while pondering on how far removed our life has become from what nature intended.Even though it is an old book the themes and issues he raises are startingly relevant to todays society and show's that things weren't so different back then once you look beneath the surface. I'm digging these older books at the moment having just read White Fang/Call of the wild by Jack London which I also really enjoyed.
@Luigi78: What about "Civil Disobedience" now there's a good Thoreau book. If you like books like that try reading "Johnny Got His Gun" by Dalton Trumbo
@Roebuck Cheers dude.I'll check them out.and yeah I love books like this.I'd never heard of these guys before I don't know if this is because I'm in the Uk and these are not as well known as in the USA or if they had just passed me by.I'm more used to reading modern books ,well 1950's onwards, but am now trying to work my way through some ,to me anyway, obscure classics. The reason I came by these two books is because I read Into the Wild about Chris Mccandless (Google it if you've no idea what I'm on about ) and was intrigued as to the inspiration he found in these books he read. Thanks for the recommendations again.
Another book I read recently was Junky by William S. Burroughs. Anyone read that!!?? Man that's one crazy ****** book ,but weirdly good,I dunno I'm not sure ,gonna have to re-read that one methinks
Hey Adam, have you read The Book of Lies? Lucas and Clause were named after the twins in it. I've only read a bit and what I have is, honestly, creepy as hell. In wrong ways...But hey, it's part of Mother 3's history, worth checking out just for that.

@ATZF: I've read both of those... and I honestly did not like them. I forget exactly why, though. Is there a third now? edit: removed spoiler; oops, i thought you were saying you had read them both, my bad! you didn't see that... D:

@ The V Another fun fact, Rushdie was in some music video. Who knows why. Needless to say, it was pretty weird.
@ Sir Pops A Lot Book of Lies? I'm pretty sure it's called The Notebook. Or is Book of Lies one of the sequels? Either way, no, I haven't read it. I did read the first chapter of Notebook on a preview via Amazon, and it was interesting, just hard to read. The present tense narration just feels off to me, I don't know why.
Currently: Pistol: The Life of Pete Maravich By Mark Kriegel Next:??? Favorite: A Series of Unfortunate Events By Lemony Snicket(The whole series is so good I couldn't just pick one book in it)
I'm not quite sure what my favorite books is so far, maybe How To Kill A Mockingbird, Harry Potter, or The Lightning Thief.
