So the Chibi Robo Amiibo will only be sold in a Combo Pack (in North America, not sure about other regions) Which kinda sucks. I buy all my games digitally and I am not a fan of Chibi Robo yet. If I buy the game digitally then I cannot get the Amiibo. If I end up liking the game then I would like to have the amiibo. If I buy the game physical with the Amiibo bundle and I don't like the game then I will be stuck with a figure I don't like. I could sell it or trade it in somewhere but that is just more work... Not sure what to do. Maybe I will be able to get the figure separate from certain websites and still buy the game digitally.

American retailers: "They're popular but we're going to keep them limited to these two shelves and put up pre orders at random times in the middle of the night"
For Nintendo to make more they would need to pay the company producing them more and that company may have to expand to handle the bigger load which would cost a lot

I know. It isn't something that can be done so easily, but I am just sick and tired of this BS. I want to be able to find an amiibo inside a store without having to camp outside. I want to be able to order one AFTER 15 minutes have passed. I want to be able to pay for them for the retail price and NOT 100 dollars. I know that fixing it is hard and costs money, but this situation is so bad that it's not even funny...I didn't mean for that to rhyme.

No I understand. It is clear they are going to keep making new ones until they run out of Smash Characters, but I hope after that they do some re-prints. If they just took 3 months without any new Amiibo coming out I think they could reprint some and then start working on the new ones. Maybe instead of having new Amiibo every 2 months they could have a new Amiibo every 4 months and give some time for reprints.

YES. A thousand times YES. Some reprints would be nice! Maybe put Pitto and Palutena in with Wave 6 in September, avoid putting out any new ones in the Summer, and just make a crap-load of reprints. If Nintendo does that, I will be so very happy!
Edit: Oh, and one more thing: STOP DOING EXCLUSIVES!
