Topic: Zelda 3DS XL

How does Ocarina Of Time look on the 3DS XL?
Is it very jaggy like Metal Gear Solid 3D was or does it look good?

It looks great to me. A lot nicer than on the normal 3DS.

There's some jaggies, but it's nothing that gets annoying or hurt the visuals much.

I believe the one things that's hurting the 3ds is the resolution. If only it were a little higher

I saved the Ocarina of Time master quest for my 3ds XL, It's a much better experience on a bigger screen.

I haven't tried it yet,but MGS looks perfect on it.

I have tried my friends 3DS XL for a half hour. Playing any 3DS game on the XL will look noticeably more pixelated. It depends on your perception of that, wether the pixelation would be a bother. For me it was a slight bother. But, games certainly looked better because of those GIGANTIC SCREENS. Especially, Ocarina of Time.

Zelda looks fine on the XL. Absolutely love the game....

Hmmm.... This makes me want a 3DS XL even more. I looked at a store demo model today and compared it to my 3DS and I was surprised by the size of the screen. I just know that as soon as I buy a 3DS XL Nintendo will come out with a model with a second analog stick..... sigh

Yea, but I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to do it though. On another note, did they ever release a circle pad pro for the 3ds XL? If so, any impressions of it?

After deciding not to do it with the XL, I'd be very surprised if they did it with the next one. But sure, Nintendo is a very unpredictable company.

It looks great. I just got mine with Zelda and I don't see any problems with it

The only game that I've played that looks pixelated on the 3DS XL screen is Mutant Mudds.

i was supervised on how great the game looked on the big screen, and over all every game looks great on the bigger screen

To be honest, there is some slight pixelation and jaggies on anything you play, but Im from the NES/SNES generation of gamers so it's really no big bother for me, not even when just coming from my PC playing "RaiderZ" on FULL HD, half a metre away from a 32" LED. So, it's really not bad.

Not yet, but they're working on one apparently.

Looks much better on the XL. There's notably more ghosting for 3D, though.
