Before I answer, does it mean that there will be 20 free NES games and 20 free GBA games each or 20 free NES and GBA games altogether?
There will be 10 NES games for free, and 10 GBA games also for free, making 20 games total.

For NES I would like Kid Icarus, Punch-out, Kirby's adventure and Mother even though it will never happen and for GBA I would like Metroid: zero mission, Warioware: twisted and the other three Super Mario advance games. There are other first-party GBA games that I plan on getting but I still have my original DS to play them on. It would never happen but I would be fine if we got Mother 1+2 or Mother 3 instead of the other GBA games I just listed.
If they include the LttP remake, Minish Cap AND the original NES Zelda (as they said) that'll be one hell of a lot of Zelda's you can play on the system. You can already play OoT, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks and Link's Awakening and I think it's highly likely that Oracle of Seasons/Ages are on the way as well as Majora's Mask. Oh, and we're getting Four Swords on DSiWare at some point apparently.
So if we get the LttP remake and Minish Cap and those other (near inevitable) things happen then the only Zeldas the 3DS won't have will be Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, Wind Waker and The Adventure of Link. Zelda machine!!

He's right. The Adventure of Link MIGHT be added at some point, as for a WindWaker remake well... we have the rest of the 3DS's life to gets that on our hands.

Golden Sun. I missed out on that game. When I was in Toys R Us in Time Square in 2001- on it's opening I believe, I had to choose between that game or Advance Wars. I don't regret my decision. But still, that R-Zone was GAMING-FREAKING-HEAVEN. There were replicas of Star Fox and Samus, TV screens everywhere showcasing Gamecube games like Melee as well as Xbox games (I didn't notice PS2 though). And there were many kiosks of GBAs. It was amazing D':

Dunno how likely either of those are.. but I'd love to be able to get HM for free. I'm definitely going to be putting off (finally) buying my own copy for awhile just in case. :3
Any Pokemon title would be awesome as well as I have no copies of any of the GBA ones.

In other words, I think Nintendo has probably already revealed the great games that'll be coming out & the other games will be so-so ones. Of course, I could be totally wrong (I hope so!) and Nintendo is keeping some excellent suprises from us!
I'd love to see games like Link to the Past and Final Fantasy Tactics come to the 3DS. And FF1, Contra, maybe a Castlevania from the NES. Don't think it'll happen though.
