@DiscoGentleman: During the time that you're allowed to play online in the demo, I'll be ready to play at 6:00 PST time. Does this time work for you?

First dungeon had a little bit of lag, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

I've been trying, and it's been pretty fun. Some lag, but no disconnects. The lack of communication except for icons hasn't been a hinderance so far.

Just played the demo using online play, and I gotta say it's pretty fun. Looking forward to the release and trying it on one player. I was worried that I wouldn't like the game because I don't have anyone to play with but online play negates that feeling. Next week is going to be awesome.
