Let's start getting down to business. You're going to play lots of games. Lots of games. Some more meaningful than others. Some you'll play for long periods of time and get a lot of use out of, and some maybe you'll play for just a brief period of time, maybe you'll never even finish. In your lifetime, there will be plenty of games that will enjoy your 3DS as a home. Some will be disappointingly short and leave you feeling unfulfilled. Some will be impressively long, yet ultimately unsatisfying (because size isn't everything when it comes to games). Some will make you feel sleazy, some you will regret so much you'll lie to your friends about having any involvement with it and some will be absolutely perfect. You should explore relationships with all of these games, there's nothing wrong with exploring your options. It's perfectly normal and healthy. Make sure you give all sorts of games a decent chance; you don't want to be too picky. Except, that is, when it comes to your very first game. How you doin' on champagne, Baby Girl?
Totally, I get that. I'm gonna go ahead and pour you another glass.
Now, you need to remember this: Your first game is important. The first game to delicately slide into your cartridge slot can't just be any old game, it needs to be special. You don't want a game that's just going to shove its way into your slot, totally ignorant of your needs. You want a game you trust, a game you feel comfortable with, a game that gets you. Ridge Racer would like to be that game.
I want you to really think about this, Baby Funke. You only have one first game, you don't get a second chance at this. You need to make it count. Do you really think Shigeru freaking Miyamoto is the right man to take your game e-virginity? The man has games in every game store, console, rental shop and gamer on the face of the planet. Do you think he gives one mushroomy sh!t about you?
He won't care about you. Once he's finished with you, he'll move right onto the next game and console and never think of you again. But I won't, Babe Lincoln, because I know what an important decision this is for you....

I'm working on an animated feature film called "WhiteLand." Check out my progress: http://www.youtube.com/user/ianmage1
If neither of those are launch titles I will call Nintendo and yell 'This isn't the real Nintendo the real Nintendo is good!' then I will say 'Then who was phone?' in a different voice in to the mouthpiece until they hang up.
ZELDA: OOT I haven't played the original. Yeah, I'm bad. The Kid Icarus game looks very promising! May be that one The mario kart game won't be a launch title (they never are) but I'll def. get that game soon after it is released. EDIT: I think the gba mario kart was a launch game wasn't it? I might get the nintendogs game, depending on the new features/games added into it. I already have one of the ds ones, so if it's basically the same thing over again (but with cats added in), I might just skip out.
I love rpgs and platformers the most... racing games are good too! I have a black dsi and a blue 3DS. :D "Sometimes we put up walls, not to keep people out, but rather to see who will take the time to break them down." 3DS friend code: 3695 0029 5257
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
At the moment I am thinking Super Street Fighter, as I don't have xbox360 or ps3, but I did hire it and I know it to be an awesome game. Plus having only the one game will give me the opportunity to perfect the game, as at the moment I am only good with Zangief on Street Fighter 2 (virtual console)... I can't wait!!!
You're right... Mario Kart super circuit was the first gba game I bought, but I forgot that I didn't get a gba until the holiday season (I think it was released in spring/summer of that year?)
