I want that to happen. BADLY. Then again, you never know. Maybe it was planned, but they couldn't get it working. But if that's not the case...I would very much like to play Smash Run online.
There is nothing here...except for the stuff I just typed...

@Cyb3Rnite - OK, I'm sorry about forgetting our duel so much; but I ain't a coward! I'm open all day on Sunday and I'll mention you when I'm ready to go!
Again, sorry for putting this off. Unintentional, university work loves to get in the way.
This game is such a blast. I guess I can put in the general pointers of my first 8 days/about 30 hours
Positives
-The roster is really diverse and awesome, could be better, but still awesome.
-The item selection is perhaps the best so far. The new items are a blast.
-The new structure to Classic Mode is cool and refreshing. All-Star Mode has you fighting characters in chronological order. Awesome!
-Character customization could go further, but it is amazing that it is present.
-The game has over 600 trophies! I am approaching 300.
-The option to turn any stage Omega is amazing.
Negative
-Clone characters
-Laggy multiplayer matches, even when you are right next to your friend.
-Many sketchy choices for Past Stages. Did they really have to bring back Corneria, Jungle Japes, and Brinstar again? And who wanted to see Mushroomy Kingdom return? That was one of Brawl's worst stages! A lot of Mario stages and they couldn't even bother to make a Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon stage? Give me that over New Super Mario Bros. And of course, while Wii Fit Trainer, Duck Hunt, and R.O.B. don't even get a home stage there is a Pictochat, Tomadachi Life, Balloon Fighter, and Find Mii stage. Yipee.
-No special match options and no item intensity selector.
What Would W. Do?

@LuigitheGreenFire Corneria is a popular favorite for most people, that was a no-brainer to bring back. Now the rest are my personal opinion: Find Mii is one of my favorite stages because of that great final boss music and the stat boosts coupled with the glowy eye effects on the bottom screen. Balloon fight is the first stage that scrolls around when you walk off the side, which is a cool concept that I like a lot. And the NSMB stage also has something new with the coins which is awesome. Even the Pictochat stage was improved with more interesting hazards.
The rest I agree with you on; I always hated Jungle Japes and Mushroomy Kingdom and I'm not thrilled to see them back.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
Smash N64: Took existing characters, gave them some new moves and made certain moves function different. (Luigi/Mario Jigglypuff/Kirby)
Melee: Took existing characters, and gave them a lot of differences. But their moves has the animations as their original counterpart. I'll use Falco as an example:
-He is slower than Fox
-He can jump higher than Fox
-Lazers are slower and can make opponents flinch
-Side B has a meteor smash hitbox at the end of the attack
-Falco's shine (Down B) sends opponents upwards, and not sideways like Fox's shine
-Up B travels at a lesser distance
-Down air is a meteor smash
I really love how Melee handled clones. They might look the same with no differences, but they function a lot differently than their original counterparts.
Brawl: Brawl has no clones. There are only semi-clones. Clones from Melee got a lot of new moves, making them now semi-clones. And before you ask, no, Wolf is not a clone or semi-clone. Wolf looks similar to Fox in terms of moves, but they function a lot differently.
Smash 4: Took existing characters and just made them stronger, or just gave them one little tiny minor difference. Smash 4 handels clones very badly in my opinion. Dark Pit is just Pit but stronger, no other differences.
Sorry if this post was bad at explaining things. I'm not really good at explaining stuff.
Corneria is the only stage to appear in every Smash to date, although it was named Sector Z in 64. Therefore, it must appear in every future Smash like the members of the perfect attendance roster.
I also like it a lot.
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.
Now playing:
Final Fantasy XIV (PC) | The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Switch) | Celeste (Switch)
The smash national tourney us on. One of my classmates, Baez, is in it. If I weren't sick the day of the gamestop tourney I could've been in it. I'm rooting for Baez guys. FYI I fought him on Friday and beat him 3 out 3 times.
Edit: If you don't believe, he's gonna play as white Samus. He's pretty good with Samus too. He's probably gonna do a lot of up airs with an up b as a follow up.
