Not to mention that there will be a lot of characters to complete Classic Mode with.
Do hope there are a couple of mini-game stages along the way though.

There probably will be. Every Classic mode has had minigames to break it up before, I think.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
I guess I'm just sad that this seems to be the only "big" single-player focused mode in the game. Not to mention I've always found Classic to be really repetitive. There's no way I'm going to bother playing through this mode with all characters I might go through it once it with all my mains.
Looking forward to: No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again

Eh, I've always been a big fan of Classic Mode, so I'm actually really glad to see it back (I know it's inclusion wasn't really questioned, but I don't think we've had official word until now).
TBH, when it comes to 3DS Smash I'd have just been happy with Classic Mode & the standard VS stuffs. All the extra mini-games like Home Run Contest, Target Smash, & Smash Run (if it's single player) are just a nice bonus (I'm also glad to hear that it is supposed to have more trophies than Brawl!).
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
...Okay this makes up for the pic of the day and then some! The Nintendog music kind of reminds me of the Ashley song for some reason. Maybe it's the lady's voice.
ALSO MEGAMAN SUPER FIGHTING ROBOT FIGHTING TO SAVE THE WORLLLLLDDD

I love ya Sakurai, but I gotta say this pic of the day is pretty disappointing. We knew all this stuff already, and we all knew Master Hand would be at the end. Higher difficulties would probably give us Crazy Hand and both.
But if Sakurai feels like being unpredictable I can see Tabuu being there when set to level 9 intensity.
Given that Bandai-Namco is working on this game and final destination's design is obviously referenceing soul calibur, I wouldn't be surprised if Master Hand turns into Nightmare's hand on the highest difficulty.
Huh. Well Soul Calibur and the Nightmare Hand thing are way out of my field of knowledge so um. I'll take your word for it that it's a reference?
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
Geez, now that I think about it; who or what will Smash 4's big Boss be?!
64 had the classic Master Hand, Melee introduced his demented brother in Crazy Hand, Brawl had Adventure Mode final boss Tabuu...
Will Smash 4 continue this tradition/trend...?
