I've selected sleep mode download for most of the GBA ambassador games so that I could download them at the same time but they're taking ages! All of them say 0% even though the sleep mode download has been going on for around half an hour. Do sleep mode downloads normally take this long?
It doesn't take long at all. I chose "download later" while I was still writing a comment on Nintendo Life and by the time I was done, all 10 GBA games were downloaded. Be sure to close your system though. Also make sure that you're always near a hotspot. I had the same problem with one eshop title because my room is located just outside of my own wi-fi reach.
I have to say, Sleep Mode Downloads are actually quicker than downloading them from the eShop itself. You'd think it would probably be the other way around but the GBA games got done in around 6-8 minutes. That's actually really good!
i downloaded f-zero first but exidently not in sleep mode. after it was downloaded i started downloading all the other stuff in sleep-mode. then closed my system, had breakfast, opened the 3ds again and BOOM! download finished.
The sleep mode downloads are really great, imo. It's much quicker for downloading a bunch of games at once. I left my 3DS in sleep mode, came back some time later, and boom. All the GBA games were downloaded.
