Topic: Unofficial MY 3DS IS HERE Thread!

I can at least say that my 3DS is at Gamestop because they called my house yesterday to pick up my preorder on launch day.

I just went to the story to buy Pilotwings Resort as well and it's awesome. If you loved the flying in Wii Sports Resort, you are gonna love this. It's basically the same only with different planes. But it's the same island. It looks stunning and the for the first time, I set the 3D slider a bit lower because my eyes probably couldn't handle it. But it looks great, plays very well. Let's hope that there is a decent amount of things to do.

I picked mine up at Sainsburys this morning with SSF4. Had to get Shadow Wars from Tesco as Sainsburys didn't have it in.

Got home, and the postie was just dropping off Pilotwings (I ordered Samurai Warriors as well, but no sign of it today).

And yeah, no Samurai Warriors for me, either. None of the stores seemed to have it :S

GOt mine!! Created a Mii, played some AR and Asphalt. My eyes can't take 3D full on. It works best for me with the slider one third of the way up. Asphalt is a good game though. Really nice handling and drifting. Miles better than the Wii Ware version.

I didn't find Steel Diver in the Dutch stores either.

EDIT: But I did find Madden NFL. Didn't think that would make the PAL launch

Got mine this morning and can confirm its amazing! Got pilot wings,streetfighter and ridgeracer.All good ridge racer better than i thought it would be and lag free streetfighter is awsome.

Here's what I'd like to know: Was anyone able to get a system on day one without pre-ordering?

Well here in Atlanta, GA our local GameStop called to let us know that our Nintendo 3DS systems will be arriving on sunday morning and so I can guess that means they might open earlier than they normally do on sundays.

I only had to pay 8 pound for my 3DS. I traded so many wii & ds titles in and my old ds lite that i only had pay 8 pounds lol
Plus becuz i was one of the first 100 peeps. I got pick any launch title for free and got goodie bag that had in it ~ t.shirt rabbid rabbit figure, nintendo mag and lots other 3DS gifts! Hehe:-D

I got mine on the 25th it updated then the wireless broke and 3ds couldn't even scan for connections and 3ds games with wireless modes froze and the a dsiware demo my phat ds picked up didn't exist to it.Game exchanged it for a working one today though really is a great machine.

I went into my local Asda store on the Friday, admittedly rather early, and managed to get one without a pre-order - got a free copy of Nintendogs too for being one of their first 100 customers.

Im about to go get one one from my local Gamestop even though they are supposed to sell tommorow at 9am.(the manager is very nice!)

the wait is affecting me, i can't belive i spent the whole day doing this...
