Got my 3DS Totally amazing, as you might have expected. Been playing Lego Star Wars, as I've got the review, and the graphics and 3D effects are completely mindblowing.
It's late, so I'm turning in, but I'll be back tomorrow with more gushing praise

Has anyone been able to register their extended warranty on NA Club Nintendo yet? It keeps telling me my system hasn't been released yet and giving me an error.
I have now gone 30 consecutive hours without sleep, and I only managed 5 hours of sleep the last time I did sleep, so I should be really tired, but I just can't come down off all the excitement over the 3DS. I'm not even really playing the 3DS that much either, because I feel a bit lightheaded from all the lack of sleep. I'm probably going to Rip van Winkle for 20 hours when I do finally manage to fall asleep. I don't think I've ever been quite this excited over a system release before — never really bought a system right at launch except for the GBA SP I think.

I attempted to enter my Club Nintendo PINs for Pilotwings and Nintendogs and the same error popped up. I say wait until later.
i have no interest in this game till one of the 2 things happens
I can get a system below 200 bucks (what could happen sooner then you might think ---i got a nintendo ds system for 50 off at best buy at a sale like 3 months after it came out using different types of promo coupons)
or when theystart bringing out RPG what is at least 6 months to a year awayi think
Gamestop opened at 9:00. Got there at about 8:15 thinking there might be a line. I waited in front of the store at 8:30. I was the first one there until 8:40 and then another car got there at about 8:50. Everyone got out of their vehicles at 8:55. It was 20 degrees out. Was it worth getting in front of six people, two of which were parents? No.... I froze my butt off.
BUT I HAVE IT!!!!! Now I have to wait for it to charge.....
I got to GameStop at 9:05 and there were only three people in front of me. A few more trickled in after me. The counter guy said they had only taken 50-odd pre-orders. Sheesh, I brought my DS Lite and three games, figuring I'd be on line for a while.
Anyway, soooo pleased I ordered the black version. It looks amazing.
