Never had issues with the m.facebook website and the same with mobile yahoo, twitter, etc. Its just a pain in the @ss that facebook made changes their site that stopped the photo upload from working on the 3DS.

I just found out that you CAN upload your photos directly to Facebook from your 3DS. Here's how I did it.
On your 3DS log into Facebook using the https://m.facebook.com page. Under the Update Status box you'll see a link for photos, click on it. You'll see the message that says "Sorry your browser does not support photo uploads…" But under that it says, "Send an email with a photo attachment to your personal publishing address." Copy down that address. Then, whilst still on my 3DS, I went into my email account and sent an email to that address and attached a 3DS photo to it. The title of the email became the caption of the photo on Facebook.
It might not be the easiest of ways to upload of photo, but at least it can be done from some place where you have access to Wi-Fi, but don't have access to a computer.

What email service are you using. Last time I checked, Yahoo mobile kept bringing me back to the standard login and its impossible on GMail. Though I have not checked to see if GMail mobile works.

I use AOL (please don't laugh it's a long story).

I use the mobile fb and twitter and they work well but a app would be nice and ease
Could you give me the mobile twitter link? I've never found anything official through google, and I don't remember any of the unofficial stuff working well at all when I tried them on the 3DS.
Despite the fact I don't actually use facebook (well I call it "spambook").I do support this idea. Many news aplications on the ipod downloads news without you needing your permission. This is the only reason I can think of.
Not extremely into nintendo at the moment, but not really into anything else either. :|
